Tried to put it together and the dowels do not fit the holes. I had three people try to put this together and they could not get it fit. It is still laying in the box. I would not recommend this product.

item was shipped fast. did not come with all parts. did not assemble easily. it’s made cheap and a waste of money.

Damaged pieces

There were damaged pieces that were in the center of the box so it was not shipping that damaged them. There is a phone number to call for free replacement parts but I have to replace two drawer panels. For a brand new set, that seems like a low quality product or vendor. This isn't great looking once assembled either.

Destination without Directions!

No matter how good the marketing is but good product must be backed up with great assembly information and detailed directions. This product came without a single Label And directions kept referring to labels on different parts! A common custom will definitely require to take Handyman 101 class at the nearest educational institution, before banging their head against the raw product itself to put it together, for almost 5 hrs.!

Nice unit worth the money

Fit in with the rest of the espresso furniture I put together. If you follow the instructions an dont use power tools it will fit together as instructed . BG 80 Years old.

Came in damaged

One of the drawers was broken. We already put the rest of the dresser together and was not easy so we had no option but to keep it like that. We would like to be offered some king of partial refund or something but couldn't find were to claim it other than just returning the whole thing to the store.

Bad quality

Will not last a year. Particule boards are thin. Not scratch resistant. My limited budget pushed me to buy this garbage.

piece of absolute junk

Got this for my son as a part of a room redo and it is trash. made out of the crappiest wood (can barely call it wood) feels super cheap, came pre scuffed but it's ok because they provided a terrible marker to cover the marks with (obviously knowing their product is trash) They provided no extras for the hardware so when a piece came broken I was out of luck and now have a floppy drawer. I honestly am so disappointed with the quality of this item considering how much I paid for it, do not buy this piece of trash, if it wasn't already put together I'd take this hunk of junk back now. completely awful, massive buyers regret.

It was very easy to assemble but hard to move the package it came in. As a 73 year old man I had to get the assistance of a furniture dolly to just get it in the house. When opening the drawers the glides do not sound very durable. The design could use bearing glide for a more secure feel.

If you are looking for a lightweight and inexpensive drawer that is of great quality, I would recommend this. It was easy to out together and held everything I needed. The drawers are not very deep, but can accommodate young children/teens clothes were well. I would secure the drawer to the wall if for young kids in case they leave the top and full drawer open. It never tipped for me, but I always wondered and was careful,

Assembled chest looks like the one in the Ad

Product design was well thought out. The directions were easy enough to follow. It took me about 4 hours to assemble it, which was shorter then I initially thought it would. The only hiccup was the hardware was missing one screw - fortunately, I had one the same size lying around. All-in-all, not a bad deal but maybe a tad on the expensive side.

Very heavy and sturdy. Easy to install. The wood paint does chip easily, but easily covered with the marker included in the package. I've had it for a few years now and still in great shape.

The item arrived on time and with instructions however… the instructions weren’t clear at all since non of the parts were labeled

Solid chest at a reasonable price

Solid material, nice deep drawers. Didn't take too long to set up with two people. Luxurious look.

Does not last long

I have had this item for a total of four months and it is already falling apart! I am highly dissatisfied. It doesn’t matter how little or much you put into each drawer, the bottom will still fall out. Pulling one drawer out makes all the rest of them come out at the same time.

Disintegrated as I was assembling

The particle board disintegrated while I was putting this together with very minimal pressure. I now have to go through the hassle of trying to return it and wish I never bought it in the first place. It is unusable but Home Depot is unable to refund me. AWFUL quality. I get you are paying under $200 but I expected it to last more than 1 day.

A handsome, sturdy dresser. You'll need a screwdriver, a hammer, and some patience because there are a lot of parts but the instructions are very clear and it's not that complicated. The drawers slide easily and fit all my clothes. It's heavy so make sure to put it together near wherever you're placing it. Also make sure you screw in tight. Lovely!

Drawers Are Numbered

I got this for my son as we needed new furniture when we moved. The chest is beautiful and it only took about 45 minutes to put together. The only downside is I got worried because in previous reviews the drawers don't line up. They don't live up at first however we discovered that the should be numbered. That's the only downside. It doesn't say anything about the drawers being specific to certain spots.

need better instructions

Took to long to assemble - parts were just thrown in bag and not separated into individual bags, none of the pieces were labeled except the draws had R and L in red and blue. Need to have letters or numbers on them so you dont have to stare at them and directions for 30 minutes for 1 step. Other than that, great looking dresser. One of the drawer fronts has a big gouge on the top and the marker to fill in nicks wont fill in the color deep enough but it looks nice other than that.
