Neatens and organizes the counter space. A little hard to open (seals well!) and have worries that a tug on the latch will break it so try not to do that.

Great container for many different items
This is a great size container for several different items not just for grains. Nuts are a possibility, for example. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great for grains to keep them fresh. The measuring scoop is very convenient as well, and it comes with a chart for water/grain ratios. Perfect for easy accessibility to make rice, oatmeal, quinoa, or for baking.
