The product is as described a little smaller than I expected, but after being seasoned properly is working out very well. I am happy with the product.

Not quite round

Pan is quite small, but works. Also, the base can be tricky to balance on the grates of a gas stove. However the biggest disappointment is the shape of the cooking divots. They are slightly flattened on the bottom, creating squarish æbleskivers. Grew up making them on multiple pans and have never seen a flattened shape like this. Only aesthetic, but the whole point is perfect spheres, so it’s disappointing.

Pre-seasoned cast iron pancake pan

Fast arrival, pre-seasoned pans like grandma's. Great for making 7 pancake balls.

It took a long time to arrive. Don’t know if the shipper was late or if the transportation was the problem.

I have made many aebelskivers and this cast iron pan is rough, and sticks no matter what you do . . I have a danish one I paid a bit more for and it works like a charm. I would not recommend.

Opt for a non stick pan because this sucks

Didn’t matter what oil, butter, grease I added to the pan. The batter stuck to the sides and tore the pancake’s up every single time. Opt for a non stick pan..this ain’t it. Returning

It was not at all what I expected I was under the impression I was ordering a muffin pan an it's a small Danish pan no where did it say Danish when I placed my order was very upset

very small holds for danish and cornbread muffins also i put alot of oil so they will not stick that did not work
