I love how it matches the desk I bought as well at the cabinet with bookshelves.

jNice small storage cabinet

seems to be made well and fits a small space I have for a cabinet. Drawer is very small in height, not even 2 inches deep. That being said cabinet is sturdy and provides space for my bathroom.

Functional, looks good

I have the desk, credenza and utility cabinet. All parts were delivered without any broken or damaged pieces. I would read the instructions and prepare the parts for my husband and he would put all the parts together. All of the pieces were well marked and assembled as the instructions indicated. It is obvious that Sauder has a lot of experience with the assembly instructions because the instructions were clear. The key is to follow the instructions precisely and in order. Although the furniture is not real wood, the pieces are sturdy. I have had the desk and credenza for one year and am highly satisfied with them. I just purchased the Aspen Post Prime Oak Utility Cabinet a few weeks ago because I need more storage for my home office. I am now thinking of adding the Library Hutch which goes on top of the Utility Cabinet for even more storage. Highly recommend Sauder products based on my experience.

Looks good. Not entirely pleased though.

The product was built by my 13 year old son, so it's not rocket science to build. I an not happy with the drawer on any of these cabinets. The slides NEED to be full extension. We also have two of the executive deks and a file cabinet. None of the drawers are fully ideal.

Great cabinet

Nice size, well made, easy to put together. Purchased with desk. I like that they are the same height. Have my printer on top. Has great storage for extra paper and essentials. Drawer is functional, but just wish it pulled out further.

I would definately recommend this storage cabinet

I have always liked Sauder products and this storage cabinet is no exception. It is very sturdy, and well designed. We are using this cabinet in our living room home office right next to the computer desk. It fits perfectly in this spot which is one of the reasons I chose this model. If I had any criticisms I would mention 2 minor things. Color choice is one of them. I was wanting a darker color to more closely match existing furniture. The other is the magnetic catch for the doors. It is located at the bottom of the doors and leaves the top of the doors protruding a bit. I remedied this by installing additional slim magnetic catches in the middle of the doors. They now close securely all the way with no protrusion.

Just what I was looking for

Great piece and relatively quick build. The only issue is I wish the door magnets were a little stronger and higher quality.

I would consider purchasing the cheaper version.

This product needed to be assembled completely. I found the screws to not always easily go into the pre-drilled holes resulting in stripped screw heads. The doors did not line up correctly and were difficult to install. The back is flimsy cardboard type material which was disappointing for commercial grade product. If I had to do this over, I may just purchase already assembled products locally. Took 2-3 hours to assemble.

Good American made product. Very good packaging. Product arrived in perfect condition. Good instruction manual. Very good fit and finish. Im very satisfied with my purchase from Sauder. When shopping for this type of product I will turn to Sauder first.

Precision Built By You

Best word to describe this furniture kit is precision. Every screw hole and part matched its counterpart. I'm impressed with the options to secure the back panel and the drawer bottom to keep everything from rattling and sagging. Kit has a lot of parts to be sure but following the unpacking and assembly instructions made everything so easy. Now have a beautiful cabinet to store unsightly papers in my office.

Underwhealmed with instructions and final product

Really disappointed in this piece. Many of the parts are incorrectly marked or not marked at all. Finally was able to put it together and the doors are off by just enough that they will not close properly once you put the drawer in. Also the molding doesn’t line up correctly. Even with multiple adjustments and drilling new holes I’m not sure it was worth what I paid. Unfortunately I bought two and both have the same issues. There weren’t any reviews before I purchased so I definitely took a gamble but I’m less than impressed. For $193 a piece I was expecting a higher quality product. What a shame.

I would buy this product again!

I'm using this cabinet in my kitchen as a coffee bar. It is well made and the directions were very clear. I've put other brands of furniture together and Sauder is by far the best!
