Already broken

The blinds have some sort of magnetic mechanism in them and now one of the blinds won’t even go up and down. Our screen door also won’t latch and is now bent. Apparently the screen door isn’t under warranty so they won’t replace and the blinds I still have no idea what they are going to do if anything to fix those. We paid too much and waited too long to have these problems with this door.

This door is absolutely beautiful. The built-in blinds are exactly what I was looking for. No more curtains hanging from the door. Neat clean look

Wrong size

After reading the specifications and ensuring it was exactly what we needed, we ordered this door as a replacement for our home. It took 2 months to recieve, and all information on the door reflected the exact dimensions that we ordered. Only to take it home and realize right at installation that it was far too wide! Lowes was wonderful and immediately accepted the return and found a door as close as possible to this. We had to settle with a different look and opening than what we had ordered because this door put us in a crunch. Make sure if you order it you measure it before you leave the store and save yourself a huge headache. Although, it appears that the company has updated the specifications for a bit more clarity on the correct sizing.

Door was listed as a 60 by 80 door but...

Door was listed as a 60 by 80 door but was actually 63 by 83 opening. This was very misleading and we had to return it as it would not fit our opening.
