Very difficult to leave a review the shipping of this item was atrocious. The door never arrived. The date came and passed, Home Depot showed as delivered a few weeks after purchase but the door had actually been handed off to that suppliers other carrier amd never made it to me. The secondary carrier never contacted me for delivery I had to call Hone Depot several times regarding this issue so may just purchase it from a diffirent store.

Door arrived scuffed and damaged through Estes trucking due to poor care during shipping/delivery. Given this door cost over $1,500 and needed to be repaired upon delivery is a terrible outcome. This is now the second delivery from Home Depot through Estes trucking that has been a disaster and I will no long consider using Home Depot until they change their delivery vendor and insure the quality of items being delivered.

It looked like it was refurbished, but didn’t return because we needed to meet a date.

The door came damaged on its interior side and I had to talk the owner into keeping it. It took weeks to get.

I measured door wrong and had to return it. Very pleased with customer service and accommodations during the process.

Arrived in perfect condition and was on a pallet and crated to protect the double doors and frame. Easy installation and can paint any color to match interior and exterior decor.

The door arrived earlier than promised and fit my project perfectly. We did have to remove the pre installed brick molding because of the height of my rough opening, but it came off easily and side prices were reused.

Doors ordered to replace older doors that had seen better days. Doors were a good fit and needed only a few shims to square up in the existing frame. Very satisfied with the appearance and seemingly decent quality of the doors.
