Door looks great but there’s a gap when it’s closed…. I’m really upset about that.

The door assembly was in pretty good shape other than one chip. The real reason for this rating is I paid to have this delivered, Home Depot sold the delivery to another company and they dropped it at the curb, half in the street and left. That is not delivery. Don't order unless you want the same situation.

Decent quality for the price, but overall too lightweight. I was willing to pay more for sturdier prehung doors but couldn't find them anywhere. Seems like an opportunity for Home Depot since many other buyers have complained about these being too flimsy.

The door was easy to install. My wife and I were able to it easily on our own. I highly recommend using the easy hangers available at Home Depot for installing the door. The door did come with a few cosmetic flaws but nothing serious. Paint covers it well.

Good door

Well made and shipped properly. No surprises is always nice.

Very Pleased

Door delivered to curb as scheduled, driver helped me bring to garage. The specifications on the door matched the description, so my opening worked out well (there wasn't a lot of extra room). Once the door was inside, I removed the doors from the jamb and did a self-installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. My only complaint with HD was that it was on sale (around $80 savings) three weeks before I was ready to order, then regular price when I ordered, then when I checked on my delivery status a couple of weeks after my purchase, the door was back on sale again. I was disappointed I seemed to miss the sale price before and after....

There is a slide bolt lock at top of the astragal on the stationary door but not one on the bottom. To make the door secure and from moving at the bottom when the door closes you may want to purchase a slide bolt and install it yourself.
