Very Disapointing

What we ordered and saw in the pictures and videos is NOT what we received. The package received is marked all over as DOOR. When we specifically searched ceiling boards this item came up among all others. We called customer service. The rep could not even helped us. Very deceiving. What you are looking at in the picture is made of foam. Even packaging was different from what was shown in the video. This is something that was needed in a timely manner. The package was not delivered on time.
