Durable and great quality!

So I have this Primo water dispenser for years now and it’s still up and running! I didn’t get any problem or malfunction in 4 years so far. The warm and cold water works fine and cools faster when you replace it so I don’t have a problem waiting for a long time to get it cooled or warm. It’s very kid- friendly since my family loves drinking water. Easy to use and doesn’t spill. Great quality and I would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love this water dispenser! It was easy to unbox, not too heavy, and easy to set up. This water dispenser is perfect for the home or a small office. Simply plug in and it's ready to dispense hot and cold water! There is an attachment for the wall to keep it in place, but I feel that we didn't need that. It stays in place well. The attachment would be smart to use if there are young children around. The dispenser can fit the large water container or smaller one. It is easy to distinguish the hot and cold water dispensers. There are switches in the back of the dispenser to turn on the hot and cold features. I would highly recommend this!

I was very happy to receive this water dispenser. I set it up fairly quick I followed the instructions as the booklet stated after I put the water gallon in. The water tasted very fresh and crisp. It was clean and cool. The hot water dispenser works very well I'm glad that's added it is very helpful when you want hot water. The water stays cold and taste fresh all the time. It's easy to put a new gallon of jug in. Parts that are removable can be washed easily. I'm very pleased with this water dispenser works great and it's excellent.

I love my Primo water dispenser. It’s sleek and doesn’t take up much room. It’s very easy to refill as well. I was astounded by how cold the water comes out, with that said the hot water is steaming hot. The hot is perfect for making tea and my kids love using it to cool their ramen noodles.I haven’t ever seen my kids drink as much water as they do now!

DON'T BOTHER, IT LEAKS AFTER 60 DAYS

The water cooler is really nice, lightweight and simple. We loved the hot water feature. The cold water does not get nearly as cold as another water cooler we had previously. Either way, out of the blue, it started leaking yesterday all over my floors. No particular reason, nothing changed, nothing moved, nothing happened. Just leaking water everywhere. Since I have no idea where it is leaking from or why, I had to remove my full 5-gallon water bottle from it and now have no water cooler until March 4 when I can get another one. I am NOT Happy one bit right now. There is NO excuse for a water cooler that is less than TWO MONTHS into use, to leak. I am seriously mad about it and nothing I can do, we cannot use it.

I love this Primo Water Dispenser! It is sleek and fits easily anywhere! It's easy to set up too, just plug in, be sure it's 4" from the wall! Grab your water, remove the seal, and set it inside the machine! It's a perfect way to get your water in for the day, so convenient! The water was easy to find and we even have a few nearby locations with refill stations! This beats the continual purchase of disposable water bottles and saves the environment! The water dispenser has two options - cold water or hot water! Simply set your glass or cup under the button of your choice and dispense water - cold or hot! This hot option is perfect for my tea! I just love this machine! Added bonus - they even sent a coupon in the paperwork for my first 5-gallon bottle free! Can't beat that! I'm just so happy with my Primo Water Dispenser!

Garbage fire hazard and leaks

Bought this water cooler based on reviews. Turned it on and added 5 gallon water bottle. After about 5-min smelled burning plastic. I turned off heating switch smell stopped. About 15-min later water began leaking from underneath the cooler on to my floor. Checked the the water bottle to make sure it was not the bottle. Very disappointed. The Wal-Mart store I brought it back to did not want to take it back because that particular store did not sell it. After a brief discussion they refunded my money. BAD MERCHANDISE AND WAL-MART customer service cannot compare to Amazon. Buying my cooler from there.

Neat machine!

This water dispenser has been in my home for only a week but so far it seems very nice. The machine looks neat, white but not ultra brite, clean design with square push buttons for hot and cold water. The hot water push button has a child safety lock. A lot of reviews mentioned you have to bend to get the water since the dispenser is not that tall so I placed my dispenser on a little sturdy table to get things at a comfortable height. That worked well and we can get water without having to stoop. The dispenser has two switches in the back to turn both the cold and hot water on or off. When setting up the dispenser I used the provided wall bracket to secure it to the wall. Seems sturdy.

I purchased this cooler to replace my delivery service. I am very happy with the cooler. It arrived almost a week earlier than expected (during Christmas time). The setup was easy. I just ran some vinegar water through it just in case, but other than that , no real setup. This cooler has both hot (super hot!) spout and a cold spout. Each spout has it's own on/off switch so you can operate the hot and cold independently (to have room temp water from either spout). The water has a very fast flow coming out of the spouts (much faster than my old unit). The cooler does have the probe so if you are using bottles without the spill proof cap expect to have some amount of spillage. (I purchased a reusable bottle cap with a probe flap from Amazon. Well worth $12. Works great!). The spill catch basin has a float that allows you to see if that is getting full. Buttons on the top of the unit instead of spigots gives this a very sleek look. I do wish it came in black to match my other appliances, but that is really my only complaint and for the price, convenience, and money savings gained with this purchase, I'll deal with it. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I just bought this a couple hours ago and already can't stop ravjng about it. Can't wait to not spend anymore money on endless packages of water bottles. Setting it up only took maybe 10 mins. You just have to stand it up, plug it in, and slide the drip tray into place. I was debating between this one and the primo dispenser that is black and stainless steel and is a bottom load dispenser (for $179). I decided to save the $79 and settle for the top load dispenser.
