Still Waiting

I ordered this on 9. 3. 2024 and have not received it yet. The payment was taken right away and I have yet to even receive a tracking number.

No it’s to strong for hard work

This vacuum not it’s to stronger and material no its for hard work 😨😨

After the using first time for one of our clients with carpet, we were stunned of how much more dirt was picked up. Not bending foward takes some getting used to, but staff and I are beyond estatic! I will only use this line from now on

Great Vaccum but…

I love this vacumm but too many small parts fall off way too often. The filter cover never stays on and ive already had to replace it multiple times because it falls off without my knowledge. There is a small ring that goes on the bottom of the attachment and if you lose that, the attachment doesnt attach…the hose always comes off on both ends too. I find myself spending most of my time putting hoses and attachments back on because they slip off so easily.

It works great. Amazing for the price

Cumbersome, returned. Either missing parts or poorly designed. HD made it difficult to return. Reluctant to purchase anything from HD online ever again.

The vac head for carpeting was improper as I have...

The vac head for carpeting was improper as I have purchased 10 of the same vacs from other distributors. I had to call Pro Team directly was was charged 167.00 with priority shipping to get the right one. I just assumed it would come as it always has. The head is hard plastic and would crack and break apart in chips rather quickly.

So far not impressed

First, it took much longer to get than I was told. Second, there was a missing hose from the package and had to wait additional couple weeks for that. Used once and the switch broke and I am now awaiting for repair from authorized repair company, thus far three more weeks and it’s not yet repaired. I paid almost $800 for something I have only been able to use once. Very disappointed

Great vac, powerful, easy on back.

Works well but a few components, namely electrical cords, break easily. Also vacuum bags are pricey.
