steps were split and indentations from tie straps. Went in to store to pick up. customer service "Vickie" called your vender and gave me a discount. Still waiting for my store credit.

Disappointed but hopeful

I ordered 4 of these for delivery to my local Home Depot. The steps that were shipped were not the same as in the picture, but they were OK. 2 of the steps were perfect. 1 was acceptable. But 1 had a quarter sized knot hole in the middle of the step. I had to return it, only to discover that the item is now out of stock (so the whole project is delayed until some point in the future).
