Didn’t last

Timer quit working and it hasn’t even been a year. Changing battery doesn’t help. However, we have had no issues with the double feeder. Seems harsh to say I wouldn’t recommend this item. It not working I think is a isn’t normal.

Died after 3 months

It worked well, but all of sudden, it stopped working after three months. I changed the battery, and I can hear it ticking, but it doesn’t countdown or open anymore.

Destroyed day 1

We got 2 for our 2 dogs, but it was impossible to set the timers to be the same. My dog broke apart the entire mechanism day 1. Disappointed. Probably only possible for single pets - small dogs or cats.

my cat is too strong

my diabetic cat is obsessed with food and every morning he spends an hour trying to get into this feeder. I screwed it into his cat tower so he can't push it around and bang it around. Only lasted 6 months before he was able to tear the dial off. :( I want something more durable but nothing looks strong enough to deter him!

We put our cat on a diet & we’ll leave her in our room while we sleep. We set a timer on this & we don’t have to wake up to feed her, it is very convenient!

Great for Lunch

My dog, Katie, was used to eating 3 meals a day. Someone was always home to give her lunch, but now I have to work at lunch time. This device allows me to feed her even if I am not there. Works perfectly, but I am only giving 4 stars because there is no on-off switch. The timer runs constantly, unless you remove the battery,

This works very well. My dog loves it. He makes a game out of when it’s going to open. Yes, it dues run all the time but I’ve been really surprised how long the batteries last. It does the job it was built to do. I just dropped mine and broke it so I’m buying another one.

This feeder has been a huge help with providing a snack for my dog when she is on her own for a period of time. No problem to remove battery after each use. Timer works well.

Tried using the product after testing and confirming the operation and in less than a few days after the testing it failed to open because the timer runs constantly and kills the battery unknown to me there is no on and off switch so when it came time for an actual feeding event the timer did not function I would be interested in returning for a refund

Well honesty I haven't set it up yet. I thinkbit will take them a little time to get use to it. My cats don't like anything different!

Good Decision!

My kitty got into the habit of yelling at 3 AM for food. I didn't want a big feeder and find out it didn't work for her. This is easy to operate. I feed dinner and load this at the same time. She caught on very quickly and it has been a long time since she had to yell for food. She has a hard time getting every bite out of it but that means she is eating slower. I put the remainder in her regular bowl when I get up. I must have purchased this on sale but I'd pay regular price if I needed it again. If the battery fails it won't open. I stopped using recharagables for this reason.

My cat is food obsessed and over eats if dry food is left out all day or night long. Instead he eats several servings of wet food throughout the day. The problem was he had to go without food for 8 hours while we slept at night. This feeder solved the problem. He now gets a serving of dry food in the middle of the night. He is so much happier. The feeder works great!
