Very pretty light

I almost didn’t buy this light because of the couple negative reviews I read. So glad I bought it! It’s well made and easy to install. The outside shade gives off a really nice look. There is a seam in the shade. So that may be a concern depending on where you are hanging it. I have it hanging over my kitchen sink and it looks great. I’m giving 4 stars because I thought the price point was a little high.

It's okay

Needed a light for stairwell that could take getting bumped and not broken and hang on an angle. Style is definitely in on trend. Inner shade is plastic, outer shade fabric which also has a seam that shows. I turned it towards the wall. Came with chain and poles to hang but I only used the chain. Chain so sturdy very difficult to bend link to assemble. (this has been a recurring theme on multiple light fixtures) Spray painted scrapes post assembly. Looks good and does the job at a good price. I wouldn't use this in a more public area like a kitchen. Get something better quality.

Silk Mylar Shades Yellows Badly -DO NOT BUY

We purchased these pendant lights 5 years ago and are dismayed by the unattractive permanent yellowing of the silk Mylar shade. The company quoted us $40 for each replacement shade which is outrageous. The lights themselves are nice but the short lifespan of the silk Mylar shade material and the fact that you cannot clean the shade makes it a very poor quality purchase. Buyer beware.

Look good, not sure how to clean

I like how these lights look. Like other reviewers, I didn't realize the outer shade was a kind of fabric mesh. It's a plastic material though so I think it can easily be rinsed clean in the sink. That said, I haven't put in the effort to figure out how to take the shade sections off without taking the whole lamp apart. Overall I like them.

Looks gorgeous from the outside front facade.

Looks beautiful- there is no way to attach outer globe to pendent. It just SITS on top. Will try to work something out so it sits on top evenly over time.

Great looking, good value, be patient

The shade adds a nice detail and a bit of warmth for someone that wants transitional style. Can’t beat the price. Lots of length customizing. I didn’t use the chain links as pictured so it makes leveling the lights and shades tedious. Shades are just resting on top w those three prongs. Those can be adjusted to help w leveling shade w glass. Don’t purchase if you can’t deal w this but I think they’re very classy looking. Seams on shade are visible but I faced them all towards wall. Much better than what I had before and good lumens.

Elegant and functional

Elegant and stylish. Easy to assemble. We installed it in our kitchen over the island. Gives off bright light and it is also dimmable. Works great for us.

Great size for just about anywhere.

I just opened the lights, and they are as described. I love the fact that, as I need to place them over my island, that they take a 100 bulb light. They are elegant and different from many, which is what I wanted as well. The exterior is silk , like described. I cant wait to have them put up this week.

A bit dissapointed

Don't purchase based off picture or description. These pendant lights have a glass shade on the inside but the outer shade is made of a cheap screen type material. There is a seam that runs vertical which is very noticeable. We purchased two to hang above our kitchen island and they look good - but I wish they looked more like the picture AND description.

Shade isn't glass

I should have read the description more carefully. The inside shade is glass but the outside shade is a sheer fabric. I don't love it. I really wanted glass on glass. The brushed nickel rods, however, are really nice - much neater and classier looking than the pendants that just hang on the electrical wire.

very disappointed

I purchased three of these pendant lights, plus two matching ceiling fixtures. I returned all of them for the following reasons: The "fabric" shade was actually plastic mesh, the sheer shade had a large seam where it was glued together, the overall appearance was "cheap". Online these looked nice. The fabric shade appeared to be glass. I was very disappointed in the overall quality and appearance of these lights, especially for the price ($449 for 5 lights)

Great looking lights

I replaced our construction/builder-grade pendant lights with these. Made the entire kitchen look more polished. Note: The lights are easy to install but a little tricky to level (parallel to the floor).
