First time buying at AFW

Hi, buying at AFW was a great experience, we were there on a late Sunday looking for a dining set, there was a lot to choose from and the prices were affordable we decided on a 5 piece dining set and was delivered to us in a week, delivery communication was great, they got there just in time and took them less than 15 min to assemble the set, we will be returning to AFW for our next furniture purchase.

Table finish

I loved this table when I outstanding received. However the finish is horrible. In just a few months the finish has peeled off.

Very poor quality. Table had a slight blemish in the finish after unboxing but I thought I could live with it. Additional finish is peeling off the table after only two months. Customer service is blaming me for "misuse" when it is an obvious manufacturer defect. I realize AFW is not top of the line furniture but it should last longer than 2 months. Will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

Fiji table

Very sturdy, looks expensive. Had a scratch in it and a new one was delivered within 3 days! Very professional and no problem with phone call about scratch!

Purchased this set for a tight dining space. Really like the bar level height which makes seating easier to use. The color is very attractive.

Great Experience

I needed a smaller table and my floor salesman Andrew helped me find just the right size. He also helped me pick out some chairs more suited to my condo than the ones paired with the table on the show floor. This was my second AFW purchase and I’ll be going back for my outdoor set.
