Not happy

I am still waiting on a response from the company, the headboard came in with a large dent. I inspected and documented it on the papers before I signed as they say you must do. They offered me a small monetary amount. I declined the offer and said replace the headboard or come get the entire thing and just give me my money back and they have not responded. Not happy, do not order if coming from OJcommerce.
