They have a strong velcro, soft fabric, and good for home exercise. I use them every day.
Good quality ankle weights, really soft material so it won't irritate my skin. Would recommend!

The weights are hard to get in and out of the pockets and the strap is confusing to figure out how to where them. But they do the job.

I had been trying to replace 40 year old ankle weights and after trying a few places that showed they sold them, they didn't. Then I tried ankle weights that were top on the lists of the best ankle weights and they were absolutely the worst I have ever tried!! Then I found the adjustable ankle weights from ProsourceFit and I love, love, love them!!! The price was right, they arrived quick enough, they fit great and you'd hardly know you have them on. If you are looking for adjustable ankle weights, these are the ones you will want to try!

It's good only issue was the delivery part
Designed horribly
Would not recommend bc they sand bag next to loop to fastened will not stay properly aligned which causes the entire leg weight to flare out at the bottom then they are flapping around. You will have to adjust and realign with the loop every 12 steps...totally hate I purchased this product.
Adjustable ankle weights
Fast delivery! Adjusting the weight is a task at first, as it can take some time to remove/add the inserts (weights), but I expect that will change over time, as the fabric stretches.

I love the versatility of these weights! There is definitely one design flaw. The rough part of the Velcro is facing out so they grab the carpet, clothes, etc.
