Love!

Pleasantly surprised with this piece! Love it SO VERY MUCH! I honestly didn't expect much for the price being on the affordable side, but the pieces are very sturdy and heavy. Quality definitely exceeded my expectation, so I had to write this review!!

Klair living Closet system

I loved how this improved the looks of my room, the quality of this is amazing. I don’t regret buying it a single bit! It was easy to assemble, a good size, great quality and it is beautiful. I was impressed once I finished putting it together. Great statement piece.

Mixed emotions

Let me start by saying I love the choice I made as far as functionality and the color. The color is really beautiful. It happened to be a surprise for my husband's new room; what was challenging was that the pieces took over two weeks to be delivered and customer service was amazing but it was still frustrating expecting it as a gift for a timeline that never made it. When we did receive it, two major pieces were split in the middle. I just feel that for being a major configuration of furniture, UPS should not be a service provider. The boxes came pretty banged up. I was surprised it was only two pieces that were broken. The pieces themselves are great color and quality, but took stars off for delayed shipping and broken pieces.

I was looking for a system that would fit a small bedroom to be converted into a walk in closet. It was out of stock but I waited and it was worth it. First the color is very nice, I am not fond of white and dark gray (other systems options). It came in many boxes and they are heavy. We unpacked them in the driveway and took things out one by one. The pieces are clearly marked with letters and numbers, the hardware fits and they are extras provided. Good quality screws and locking nuts. My only complain is that there are no option for wardrobe unit with doors which I would like to have, all shelves are open. The Klar Prosper is made in Vietman, possibly that make a difference in quality. My husband complains a lot about cheap Chinese made screws and hardware but not this. He was happy putting the whole thing together. There are “how to” videos to provide steps for assembly. For the price it’s a very nice system. Glad I found it.

This seller is awesome: best customer Service Ever

I hardly ever do rereviews, but this deserves to be known. I ordered this Closet shelving, and it arrived in 3 different boxes, unfortunately 1 of the boxes was damaged in shipping it was literally broken in half, obviously by the shipper, I had already put together 2 of the pieces, so I went to Lowes & asked if I could get just the 1 that was damaged, they said no because it was sold as a 3 piece, that the only thing they could do was refund me but I would have to bring the whole thing back OMG after I had put them together, but they suggested I contact the seller directly to see if would be willing to just send me that 1 piece, I did and the seller was very understanding he apologized for the inconvenience & right away offered to send me a replacement no hassle, He was so nice I seriously didn't expect it to go so smoothly, & by the way the product is such good quality and so easy to put together , I saved a ton of $$ I had gotten quotes to have my closet custom made, You could put all 3 pieces together or separate & put closet hanging rods in between.

A portion of this closet system was delivered and once piece was backordered. But they are all here now and I love it. We're still getting the full unit together, but I would recommend this for the price and looks!
