Rather comfortably firm, spaceous sleeper, and suits the living-room/tv-area very well.

It was awesome. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer.

Beautiful sofa with smooth convertible mechanism

Very good sofa with an elegant bed that tucks away under the main cushions through the front. Perfect for apartment spaces that are small. The frame is fairly light but still sturdy, and the fabric is easy to care for. Quite happy with the purchase.

Dual Purpose Room Achieved

This is a great sleeper couch. It turned my office into a dual purpose room with guest accommodations. It's not bulky, but it is nice and firm. It feels substantial while looking sleek.

This has been a great sofa for guests and at times myself!

Best ever 2 minute set up for a queen sleeper. No instructions needed. Comfortably fits 3 people and 2 pets to be seated. Perfect!

ok ..not great

Works as described.. but extremely firm couch and the bed is outright hard. have to place foam topper on it. ( a pain to put on and store) Bed is only 72 " long. Most men won't fit. Nice fabric.

LOVE IT!

I love this couch. Bought it in bright orange. Everyone that steps into the room says they love the color. Fabulous color. My grandchildren haven't complained about sleeping on it. However, I don't think it is for everyday sleeping. But it has been great in my home office. I pull out the sleeper section and stretch out with my computer, papers and everything else.

Not worth the money

Looks nice but the quality is very poor, after a 1.5 year of usage the seat has detached from the side of the sofa and there is a bunch of nails sticking out. It basically collapses onto the sleeping platform when you sit on it. Manufacturer's warranty is 1 year so it's basically useless and Macy advised they can't do anything. You can hear the wooden parts cracking when you sit on it. The assembly was also quick and poorly done.

DO NOT BUY

Terrible quality and delivery took 8 weeks total. Do not order if you plan on sleeping on it within 2-4 weeks. Might as well sleep on the floor

Easy to open as bed.

Looks good but poor workmanship and design flaws

Looks nice but poor workmanship. Roller on one side is not installed correctly and always slips out. When used as a bed, there is no support in the middle and can hear cracks in the wood whenever there is weight on it. Planning to add supports myself to mitigate this.

Beautiful well made piece of furniture

I was pleasantly surprised when this sleeper sofa arrived. A beautifully made piece furniture which looks good. Love the shade of blue, it goes perfectly with the decor. The sofa is firm but will only be used occasionally. When using it as a bed I will purchase a mattress topper.
