Toilet with Bidet Seat

It was great, until it wasn't

We purchased this last fall, and wow did my wife love it. Until the seat heater quit working, she had gotten quite used to not sitting on a frozen seat. Much to our dismay the warranty process is to uninstall and return the entire seat to Kohler, they sent out a cheap temporary seat that only sprays cold water. Hardly a replacement for something that lists for $1600. While it worked it was wonderful, perhaps in a couple of months (the time frame we were given) they will return a working seat to us. Overall not especially impressed with Kohler, one of the few brands we chose when renovating our bathroom due to their reputation and being American made. I hope your luck is better.

Would not buy again

I like the seat but it can not connect to my WiFi. Call and the tried to fix but not able to. Bought because they can connect to Alexa. The seat will not connect to Alexa. Never had that problem before with anything. Will not buy again. Wish I could have returned them. I bought two.

Pure wash E930

I purchased this a month ago. The function of the seat are really nice. However the remote is ridiculously large. Our interior designer made us mount it as low as possible against the baseboard to ensure that no one actually would see it while viewing the bath. The metal mounting plates had to be modified since the ones supplied would not secure the seat to the Kohler toilet properly.

This product is amazing!! The install was extremely easy! I was able to install this product on my own. Minimal tools needed! Once plugged in, it was ready to use. The best feature I believe is the seat warmer!!!

The features on this thing are superb! I never knew I needed a bidet until I got this one! Heated water, heated seat, multiple settings! My favorite part is the dimly lit bowl for nighttime bathroom trips. Love this addition to my bathroom, it’s a big upgrade! I received this in exchange for an honest review from Kohler and Influenster.

Holy moly this thing is amazing. I didn’t know a bidet could have so many features. The built in dryer is a huge bonus for this seat. I did feel like the installation was more complicated than a bidet our friends have but I feel like all the features make up for it.

Excellent bidet, disappointing remote, clumsy installation

The bidet function is excellent, but I expected nothing less. However, the remote is a disappointment. It is unattractive, blocky, not lighted and mounts on an ugly bracket. Compared to the remote on our Kohler C3-230 cleansing which is a sleek lighted touch-screen with a very clean mount, this remote is a huge step backward. Installation is easy but the hose connecting the seat to the tank connection is way too long so I had to coil it up and try to tuck it in alongside the toilet. Same for the power cord which is too long. Again, compared to the C3-230 where both the tank connection and power cord were the perfect length and the wire and hose both installed very cleanly with no excess to bundle and hide. For this premium product, Kohler needs to do better.

It’s amazing bidet. I’m impressed by the technology and quality of it. The instruction is a bit hard to understand but, nothing too complicated. Only thing you need to know is you need to connect it to the outlet so, it can works. The bidet comes with the remote control and you can load the app from Koehler.

I’m speechless really, I did not realize I needed a bidet but let me tell you… While it feels very the other half lives this way I also cannot believe this is not standard. This is now a necessity! Okay a bougie necessity for my booty! Massage, seat temperature a built in dryer for goodness sake’s! I’m sorry I did not show the remote thing disservice that I didn’t take a photo of that. If you have the means to buy this buy this for real. oh yes water temperature control.

I received my bidet toilet seat yesterday and had it installed today. What an amazing thing to have . It has so many amazing features and comes with a remote control to customize your settings best suited for you. I absolutely love this and the illuminated light for the bowl is calm and tranquil. Thank you so much for allowing me to review this amazing product.

Useful bidet but pictures of remote are misleading

Decent bidet with nice features and integrates well with my Kohler toilet. One issue is that it is very chunky and reduces the size of the toilet seat. Another issue is that the Kohler pictures containing remote are misleading since the remote does not contain all the functions that are in the picture. I have brought this up with a Kohler representative so beware. Last issue is that it would’ve been a better bidet if controls were lit up so you can see them more easily. Overall it’s an aesthetically pleasing and useful bidet but probably not worth the price.

[Rewarded Review] Heated seat is my favorite feature

My favorite feature on this bidet toilet seat is that it has a heated seat! Never a cold behind again. It has a remote control that you can have two preset options on it. The wand that comes out for cleaning you also cleans itself after each use. The water can be adjusted to the warmth and pressure of your choosing. You can also be cleaned in the front and rear with two wash modes. It closes quieting and has LED lighting so that you can see it at night.

My family and I love using this, we've always wanted one ever since moving here from my hometown since we're used to having them over there. This has been the best one I've used, it was easy to install and design looks great. I love how it lights up at night and activates when theres pressure on it. There's presets you can save for different customization. I feel very clean after every use and actually been excited everytime I use the restroom haha. I highly recommend it!

This bidet toilet seat is really amazing, I never knew that they could put so much technology into something as simple as a toilet seat. The Kohler C3 was my first bidet toilet seat and it has left me in awe.

Does not fit 6300 Veil as advertised

Absolutely horrible installation/design. The "hidden cord" feature on the Veil 6300 does not line up with where the supply line is suppose to enter. It also has an elbow that will not allow the toilet seat to snap into place. I have spent 2 hours and multiple trips to the hardware store to figure this out. Still nothing. Now I have a wall hung toilet that was supposed to have a bidet and cannot use it. Waste of MONEY and my time.

I installed this bidet seat about 2 months ago. The remote has been great and very easy to operate all the different controls on the bidet seat. The heated seat is the household favorite but the instant warm water and adjustable spray modes are also adding to make it more comfortable compared to just toilet paper. Installation was simple and used the online video support along the way. Will be recommending all my friends and family members to get a Kohler bidet seat!
