Leaks

But this is a two pack from Costco. When it works, it’s wonderful. But for some reason after so many refills of water, it leaks all over the place. Destroyed multiple things in my kitchen as it’s a slow leak so by the time you notice it, it is everywhere! Cannot figure out why this Hamptons randomly… but not worth it to have water destroying your house.

Leaking while not running!

Bought the 2 pack at Costco... They both leak out the bottom if you turn it off, and have water in it. Called help line..their response is to not store water in it without it being on...for mold purpose. I'm talking turning it off in a room for overnight(because nobody is in the room). Going back into the office in the morning, and its all over the floor....Have a feeling they know it leaks. First humidifier that I have ever owned that leaks just sitting there.

Great little humidifier

Great little humidifier. We purchased another brand and it failed within one year mainly because we used scented oils in the unit. That company failed to honor their warranty. Pure Enrichment products seem to be of good quality. We also have an air purifier from them. What does perplex me is that while Pure enrichment provides scented pads to use in the humidifier they once advised to us to not use them. Based on or past experience we don't.

Awful and annoying

Loud whining that seems far more irritating than other humidifiers, and it doesn’t seem to actually put out much water unless I take the lid off and put it back on. Happens with both that I own. The instructions are awful and I can only assume I’ve set it up right because there’s no diagram.

Costco Dual Pack

Anyone who has bought the 2 pack from Costco who put a bad review on this product, I almost had a similar issue. I was going to be real upset if they didn’t work. I put it together and would you know it? It wasn’t working. This couldn’t be happening. I sat there for a few minutes and said to

Not worth it.

I bought the 2 pack from Costco, one of them makes a terrible squeeling noise and won’t let mist out. And the other won’t let mist out either. I adjust them and it works for a minute and then stops. Would not recommend

Hume Sense

Waste product I bought first from kohls and it didn't work customer service has sent me a new one but it also stopped working then i bought a new one from costco dual pack but one has stopped working another one is not at all giving any mist i have been contact the customer service they will not even respond. I request😩 not to buy this brand

Waste of time and money

Only works after a few runs and then completely fails to produce any vapor and the manual is not helpful was a complete waste of time and money.

we just bought the 2 pack today from costco and one started leaking like crazy do not recommend. Going to have to take it back. it didn't even close all the way (both of them) you could still open the tank no matter what. It would click but either way you could still open it bad purchase.

Leaking water everywhere!

I bought the double pack at Costco yesterday and filled it from the top and both leaked like crazy!!

Where to find the cleaning brushes

If bought at Costco cleaning brushes are under the tank that connects with the base. Very small and it blends into the color well

Great product and price

Just purchased at Costco. Price was great for two. Everything was included in the box. The brush is clipped inside the top part when taking it off the bottom. Definitely recommend it.

No cleaning brushes inside

I bought two pack bundle at Costco last weekend, but they don't contain cleaning brushes. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the design, performance, and price.

Bad Leakage

Bought set, first one was perfect. 2nd one water poured out of the bottom.

This has made being in a desert climate doable! I love that the humidifier functions as a night light and enjoy the added scent pads. This model is easier to clean than others and the automatic future comes in handy.

Very pleased, lasted all night and provided what i was looking for in a humidifier.
