After just the first day's

After just the first day's use I went from a puffy red eyed sneezing nightmare to a breathable atmosphere again. I have allergies to cats and dogs and pollen. I also live in an apartment complex that allows pets. Unfortunately for me my neighbors to the left and right and above me all have cats and dogs. Add in pollen in the fall and I can barely breathe. This air purifier has allowed me to be able to breathe clearly again without the puffy swollen eyes, sneezing, runny nose and daily need for allergy medication. Definitely recommend this for those in similar situations. One recommendation I have and did myself before purchasing is to know the square footage of the area you're going to be using the air purifier in to ensure it will cover that and you'll get maximum benefit.

We never received the 2nd Puroair filter system of the 2pack and we would like to return the multiple delivery of air filters we were not aware came automatically. I would like a refund for the initial unit and a return slip and credit for over 5 two pack filter rplacements.
