Plant came in crushed box and was dried out and droopy. Half of its leaves were shriveled and had fallen off of the main plant. I'm attempting to rehabilitate.

fresh plant, box not in good condition.

It is just one root with three little runners in a four inch pot. It seems rather expensive to me and am not satisfied.

I didn't know i would receive the root bulbs. i was thinking of it arriving like the picture displayed. couldn't use for my wedding

She arrived perfectly packaged, beautiful with new shoots but unfortunately two of three branches broken in half.! Hope she survives the trip. Hope she’s rooted

It arrived alive but was literally 3 scraggly stems. Not exactly a 4 inch potted plant. More like three cuttings in a 4” pot of dirt. I’ve had these plants and propagated them before, so I am disappointed but will keep it. I’m required to disclose that I’m a Walmart Associate.

It looked great when it arrived but now it's almost dead. It's been very hot here and my ac isn't working as it should so that may be the problem. I cut was left and I'm trying to get it root in water.
