I love your product. I have tried other brands and have given up on them. I only drink coffee out of a ceramic mug. . . . and your travel ceramics are the best. Will continue to use only Ello

Pretty but HOT

Sadly this mug gets TOO HOT to handle when I pour in hot water from my kettle each morning. My old ELLO mug did not do that, but I cracked that one. It is the perfect size to park in my car. It cools down in about 20 minutes.

Unhappy

I am extremely disappointed in this mug. I bought it to keep my drink cold. It didn't keep it cool more than an hour. The lid fits very loosely. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item and was told I would get new tracking number with my correct order and have yet to receive that. Wish I had the product I ordered.

Wanted to Love It

I hate to say it, but I am not loving this mug. The silicone sleeve is not attached to the ceramic, meaning there are gaps where water can get trapped. The only way to make sure the mug can fully dry is to take the sleeve off, which is a nuisance, and I’m worried that it will eventually lose its shape and not stay on securely. And you can’t use the mug without the sleeve, because the walls are so thin that it gets way too hot to hold! I don’t think it will last very long.

Great cup!

The insulation grip is just perfect - it protects my fingers from a too hot cup and is soft and easy to hang on to.

Never again. These tips over once, and never again. All you can then do is tip it in the garbage can.

I love this ceramic coffee mug. It has a protective sleeve that comes in several colors. I purchased pink and blue.

Nice coffee mug

This ceramic cup has a nice weight. It has a silicone wrap to protect from breakage/chips. Very nice look.

Pretty, functional, but not robust

Loved mine and got one for my husband as we got tired of the steel taste of our insulated stainless steel cups. This travel mug was great until the first time it fell over. It definitely can not be used in any environment where falling is even a remote possibility. I knew we had to be gentle with it from the minute I received the 1st one. I just feel sad for having broken one of them already. Great product, but it's not a robust design.

The lid is not the best.
