Not loud or soft enough

IT NEEDS TO BE LOUDER I can barely hear it. It is soft but also hard so it can't really be squeezed by my son. Which is what he wants to do. Disappointing given all the info I read before I purchased it.

Poor Quality

The item is not worth the price, it stops working randomly and defeats the purpose of calming anyone. The company Purrble has extremely disinterested customer service, and any issue that you have with this expensive miniature stuffie is your own and your child's, not theirs. I would never support them again after my experience.

Not Worth the Money

The toy is very quiet.

Soft, sweet and adorable.

I just got mine yesterday. It’s adorable, Super soft, and fun to hold. I don’t want to put it down. I have only two gripes. One is that the sleeve of the box was ripped in one spot and scratched it another. Another thing is that there is no fluff above one of the head sensors. It doesn’t big me too much but I wanted to point it out. In other words, this little guy helps a lot. I’m part of an OSDD system so grounding is very needed among us. The textures of the fur, the heartbeat, the purr, everything helps. Get one.
