Solid products, delivery was quick but arrived dam

Solid product, good value, nice suspension. Arrived with damage to top corner. I ordered another one a few months ago with similar damage. Units still worked but not worth returning.

Cheap

Not worth it. Counter-weight is just a plastic wrapped cement block that floats around freely during shipping, causing all kinds of internal damage. Top and bottom drawers had to be tweaked to line up with each other. Legal folders wont fit because they bend the corners over to complete the drawers and the legal folder attachments wont go back far enough or fit over the folded corners resulting in crooked legal folders to fit . Legal folders wont line up straight. Avoid this foreign made product

Not worth the price paid

I purchased 2 of these and both arrived with dents. The drawers stick and are hard to pull open . Very cheaply made. Unfortunately to return these items, you have to take them back to a Sam's club. Driving 2 hours to return isn't reasonable, so I am stuck with them.

Missing Parts

This was just delivered. The file cabinet is very nice, well packaged, and includes almost everything. The caster assembly instructions say that there should be caster screws included. There are no caster screws included. I hope they read this and send me the caster screws.

I'm so happy I finally found a decent file cabinet!

For the first time I have a file cabinet that doesn't tilt forward when I open a drawer! With both of my previous cabinets, when I would open one drawer, the other drawer would fly open on it's own and the entire thing would fall forward...on me! This cabinet is so nicely made this doesn't happen. Also, adding the wheels makes it so easy to move around. I love this cabinet!

I bought 2. Both had creases in the metal. One dent severe enough to be returned. Purchased a third cabinet as a replacement; it also had a significant dent. Would not have purchased if seen in store, Keeping because of difficulty to return AGAIN.

Damaged

This file cabinet was badly damaged almost to the extent of not being usable. Very UNHAPPY with purchase.

Perfect for my home

This is a great, heavy duty filing cabinet for my home office. I did not realize, but it came with both caster wheels and legs so you can make it mobile or not. Only the casters/legs needed to be attached, so set up was less than 5 minutes. Looks great, but it's pretty heavy.

I never thought I would actually own a file cabinet but one day I looked around at all my papers and such laying about and realized that day had come. This paper clutter buster is sleek and modern looking so it will go well in your Feng Shui Ikea laden place without countless hours of figuring out how to put it together. It literally takes less then 5 minutes to put the needed pieces into place, after that you are set to stack this baby up with your files that make you feel like a grown-up. It is also well balanced, when the top drawer is open wide it does not fall over itself like your Aunt Jane who can't handle her egg nogg at family holiday parties.

Not recessed casters

The filing cabinet arrived quickly so that is good. However upon unpacking it I discovered two problems. First the cabinet has a big dent in the top. Second, the cabinet does not have recessed casters as the website described. The casters are completely visible. This was my first purchase with you. Probably my last.

Mobile Pedestal

Not quite as sturdy as I had hoped product would be, representative said it was their "middle line" product. Not dinky like some products you buy at local office stores, but could stand to be more substantial. Overall seems to be serving needs, wish value of product versus price was better, but still pleased with purchase.

great cabinet

It's a good size for a small space under a desk and it wholes a great number of files.
