Drys clear and easy to use

Recently cleaned and recolored the grout lines in our home. Used three bottles of this sealer to seal the grout and all the tile (about 1,000 sq. ft.). The final result looks great - the sealer drys clear - and should help keep the grout clean. The sealer is water based so it is very easy to use and clean up after.

Miracle H2O Plus useless on older grout.

I asked about applying their H2O Plus sealer after cleaning older grout. When you clean grout, detergent always penetrates into the grout and is imposible to fully rinse. I asked if that would destroy the sealer. They answered other questions but ignored this one., so I have to assume that the sealer is not useful for older grout.

I recently purchased the Tile, Sone and Grout sealer and Finisher. When I applied it to my bright white grout, I now have yellow stains throughout the grout. Very disappointed. When i called the company they stated I now need to buy the 'Miracle Residue Remover' to get the stains out. I would not recommend this product if you have bright white grout.

Does Not Seal

I followed instructions and sealed my marble floors after being refinished and cleaned. I did two applications but the floors will still get stained if something is accidentally left uncleaned for a few hours.

This is a product that is more for cleaning, than sealing, as it doesn't penetrate into the stone. It's water-based. We ended up going to a stone quarry, to see why it wasn't working.

Seems to work. I poured it in a spray and sprayed it on. I put it on about a month ago. Then, I was sent a link to do a review now.

Easy to apply but doesn't appear to block soil staining very well. Apply extra coats on lighter colored grout.

Purchased the sealer after cleaning grout in the bathroom. I liked that it’s low odor and easy to apply. I used a condiment squeeze bottle to apply 2 coats for maximum effect. It dried clear and sealed the grout well. Will use to do the rest of the tiled floors. Would purchase again.

Does not last

Last less than 4 months on stone shower floor. Put 2 heavy coats on. Had the guard and this stuff and did sample on travertine. This did even repel water the tile guard sheeted water right off.
