The bed was well packaged and the bed felt solid. Although there were many pieces, everything was well labeled. It took 2 people less than 2 hours to put together. My best advice is to lay out all the pieces before you start the assembly. The bed looked like it was pictured but the color was a little lighter than I thought it would be. I am happy with this purchase and would purchase from Wayfair again.

This is a quality bedframe, real wood, which is what I wanted and it is very solid. It comes with a tool to help you with assembly. It took me just under an hour and a half to complete it. One small thing is that the slats for the base have a couple of holes to line up with a peg on the side and I can get one on each end to fit but the other end doesn't. I will try to get them lined up later but had a family member come to stay just as a I got the bed so no time to fuss with it right now. Looks really great.

Solid bed frame. Pleasantly surprised with how sturdy it is! It’s clean, simple and does the job well. I’ll answer a few questions I had before buying it so maybe it’ll help someone else out. The wood can look green in soft yellow light. Once all the bedding is on, you can’t really see much of the wood anyways. Another question I was asking myself is if I the bed would be off the floor enough and high enough for me to be able to step out of bed in the morning. Turns out, it is! I have a 15” mattress and it’s the perfect height. Anyways I’ll update the review after a good year of usage but again, it is a solid bed.

I recently bought the Emery Solid Wood Bed Frame, and it has transformed my bedroom! The craftsmanship is impressive, with sturdy construction and beautiful wood grain. The headboard adds a touch of elegance and is perfect for leaning back while reading. Assembly was straightforward, and the frame feels very stable. Overall, it's both stylish and functional—definitely worth the investment! Highly recommended!

Don't order from Wayfair, especially this item--there is a design flaw in the center supporting beam and Wayfair refused to give a refund/replacement of any kind after 30 days; It lasted almost two months. I was hoping the bed frame would last longer than that, but given their policy it seems they are aware that this won't last more than a month. On other frames, the center beam is steel and uses machined bolts with hex heads, but this one uses a wooden beam with small dry wall screws that pull out of the wood. Don't gamble your 500$ on Wayfair! Buy from a store that backs up their items for more than a month...

I must admit I was a little skeptical with all the good reviews regarding quality and packaging. Overall I was really impressed by the quality, fit, and finish of the materials as well as the detailed instructions with everything properly marked. They even provide you are ratcheting tool as well which was a nice touch. You can really tell the manufacturer spent time thinking through the packaging of the product and making sure everything stayed safe while in transit. Other manufacturers need to take notes. I would definitely purchase more furniture from these guys in the future, very well done!

I've seen a rare review or two that showed a photo of a cracked side rail, but that suggests thousands of others that didn't have a problem. Natural material can sometimes have a flaw not caught during manufacturing - part of the risk inherent with natural products and seven foot spans. Would be nice to have a supplemental way to provide some additional support, such as two rows of central three-point support instead of the single row, currently part of the design. Other than that, it appears solid and well built. Happy with my purchase!

This bed is more beautiful in person than it is in the stock photos. It’s very solid and I believe it’s a steal for the price. I would like to mention the tool they’ve included for installation. Rather than using a typical Allen wrench, they’ve included an Allen style ratchet wrench which makes installation so much easier. It took about 30 minutes for me to put together this queen sized bed.

I bought the Emergy solid wood bed frame as a queen. The bed is beautiful, just like the picture. It is solid. I can't think of which color I bought, I think it was caramel? Beautiful color. I have a very tall mattress with a topper. It is 16 inches in height. At that, the mattress sits just under the second rung. There are three, so if your mattress is thinner you will see more wood, like in the picture. It's perfect at two also. Lastly, it came with good instructions and was pretty easy to assemble. One problem, though. The last hole for the bolt wasn't completely drilled and had to be worked a little. I would definitely recommend this bed. I think you'll be quite happy with it. Oh, one more thing. The bed ships in one box, and weighs 100 pounds. The shipper dragged it from the driveway to the front door. I don't know how he managed. The box was pretty dinged up by that, and I was worried that the bed would be damaged. It was completely fine inside. Good packaging.

This bed has a very good review on wayfair, even I am very cautious to purchase any furniture without seeing it and I thought I have enough assurance to buy it, I did read someone commenting that the matteress they purchased seems to be slightly bigger than the bed, until I got the bed myslef, Queen size matteress is fully covering the bed frame, which is bit strange, as it is supposed to be" in " the frame, the bed design has the serious flaw, by only short of 1 inch on all sides. I did not bother to return it since it is for a guest room. overall the bed is reasonable sturdy and it does make sounds for a 130 pounds person getting on it.

This was such a wonderful surprise compared to the first bed I bought and had to return.

The emery bed once is assembled it is super solid, the only thing is we have hard wood floors so we have to figure out a solution to stop the skidding and sliding. So I did. Í headed to HD and bought the “everbilt rubber cups” in the 1-34” size. This are so cheap (about 3.59 per pack) and come in a 4 pack each so I got two packs, because you’ll need 1-4pack for the outer legs and 3 out of the other 4 pack for the center legs. And TADA!! Problem fix. I hope this help everyone.

It’s a nice bed frame, but you would think for the money you paid that everything would fit together as the instructions outline in the manual. I had to find a few different drill bits of my own and drill bigger holes into the bed frame to get some of the bolts to fit properly. The original holes were not deep enough to allow the bolts to catch and screw into place. This part of the assembly took a few hours. I felt a little cheated to pay the amount that I did.

Really beautiful bed frame. The wood seems of good quality and I’m hoping this will last us a long time. We have bumped our legs on the corners sticking out a few times which is not fun- just have to get used to it or put a fluffy blanket over the edges. My husband had it put together in less than an hour- got a little frustrated at the end since the wood slats were very tight to get into place, but they don’t move around or squeak at all so it was worth the extra effort!

OMG. I can’t say enough good things about the bed. Packaging was the best I’ve ever seen. Each piece of styrofoam was in a plastic bag. It might seem like a waste, but so much less mess.

This is a really nice solid wood bed - feels super sturdy and looks great. The chocolate color is more like a maple syrup tone (exactly like the photos show) but it is a great color and just what I wanted. The finish is really smooth and lovely. It was packaged very carefully and easy to put together. It fits our 12” queen mattress perfectly. We had only two issues with this item making it not quite 5 stars a surface defect in the footboard piece, and getting some serious splinters when handling the slats which are not well finished- watch out.

Just received this bed yesterday, and the setup was pretty simple (I'm a small woman and was able to do most of it by myself in about an hour). The wood is beautiful and the Chocolate color is pretty, not too dark and rich in color. I will say there were a few small scratches on a couple pieces of the wood, luckily not very noticeable because of their location, but just an FYI to check for that in case it happens to land on a noticeable spot. Finally, some clarification on the width of the slats, since this was something that I was researching for my hybrid mattress, which requires 3 inch wide slats. The slats with this bed are actually about 2.8 inches in width, despite what it says in Wayfair's specifications. I am going to be using a solid foundation instead of the slats for that reason.

This bedframe is beautiful and solid wood. We bought the Chocolate one alongside the matching nightstands and love them. It wasn't too bad to assemble and you can do it by yourself, though its helpful at times to have an extra set of hands. We also chose this frame because it seemed to have a higher weight capacity than some others which made us feel its more secure and stable. The warm colors are so great!

Simple to assemble and does the job. We keep our bed on foam wedges that are an extra 6 in high at the head, so the bed is a bit on the tall side and you kind of have to jump up to get in but we're young! I was disappointed that some of the wooden boards were already banged up... one has some wood shards sticking out from a pretty big dent that looks like it all occurred before the boards were packaged up - because my goodness they used quite a bit of foam packaging, very unlikely that these damages occur during shipping. Luckily the biggest dent faces the wall and is on the far side of the headboard, but I would have liked for there not to be such substantial damage. It's not worth sending it back, because of the economic and carbon footprint of moving big things like this around, so we're just going to deal. Been sleeping on the bed a couple of the nights and it seems great, no noise, supportive, and what we needed because we were sleeping on the floor on the mattress for many years. It also had a slight chemical odor for the first few days but it seems to have dissipated now. Really wanted a natural, sustainable wooden bed frame, but we're not rich ("cheap" ones are like $2,000), so we went with something lower price wise.

Looks great! Bed came in one big box (heavy!) but was doubled boxed for protection. No pieces damaged. Took a little more than an hour to assemble with 2 people. Construction is good for this price point. It won’t be an heirloom piece, but it looks like it’ll last a long time. Surprisingly solid and sturdy. Held us and our dog with no problem. Color matches the photos pretty well. Maybe a half shade darker than I expected, but stain and clear coat are really nice and shiny. We have a Tuft Needle Original mattress (9.5”) and we had plenty of support. Will update review later if we run into problems, but happy so far.
