This is a rating for Kohl's online more than the actual product. I've been burned twice by them, never again. Kohls shouldn't offer items they can't or won't fulfill. I ordered a Queen inflatable mattress and was sent a twin about 2 weeks after ordering. The mattress was on sale and I used Kohl's cash. It always seems intentional that Kohl's messes up these orders when there is a sale. I returned the wrong item and lost out on my Kohl's cash. Since the item was only offered online, I would have had to pay to ship the mattress back for an exchange since it isn't offered in stores.

Serta silent pump it’s not.

This air mattress is advertised as a silent pump, it is not. The 3 different comfort levels to pump it up to do not work, set it to plush and then try to increase to moderate or firm and the control instantly snaps off so there is only one setting which is basically firm because plush is still very firm. Don’t waste your money.

SENT WRONG SIZE TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, rating the process here (didn't get to use the product). I ordered a full-size air mattress and was sent a twin; I spoke with customer service and after much deliberation was sent a replacement "full" mattress well that came in a size twin as well. Spoke to customer service and explained the scenario and that the UPC numbers do not match on the invoice and product, and they must be incorrect somewhere in the system because when they pull this number in the warehouse it's supposed to be a full and it is a twin. Was told to return item to the store and call customer service back and they would help me order another for the same deal. I said that is great and thank you, but the problem is in your system/warehouse - I'm just going to be receiving the twin size again. So, I will return to the store (upsetting because I really needed this air mattress). I was a loyal and EXCELLENT customer for about 20 years. I will close my account, save myself a bunch of money and spend more time at Target!!!!!!!!!! :)

WORST AIR MATTRESS EVER

I wish I could give this zero stars. Used this for a total of three days, during those three days it got a leak, no clue where, and now the "neverflat" pump never turns off (unless I select off) and it is the most annoying thing when you're tying to sleep. And, one you open the box, it is no longer returnable via Cabela's. Avoid this thing like it is the plague.

Sent Wrong Size

Sent a twin instead of full size. No price adjustment. Returned to store. No replacements in stores available in my area during the time frame l need the bed. Very disappointing for my first experience ordering online.

This product would not stay inflated

Disappointed. Mattress filled with ease and to the desired firmness but did not remain inflated, even with the pump that promised to keep it inflated all night. We could hear the motor but that could be because our heads were on that end of the mattress. Even with the motor running almost constantly, it would not inflate. Sad because we paid a good amount of money and it wasn't worth it.

Serta Never Flat Air Mattress.

Great air mattress but kohls does not seem to check the condition of items that have been returned to them as they sent 2 air mattresses that were defective and looked like they had already been used when I removed them from the box. 1st air mattress making horrible noise when plugged in. Replacement mattress was also not working properly and when I opened both boxes they both looked liked they had been used. Also kohls is a big company and they refused to ship the 2nd air mattress to me priority and would only send regular shipping so I didn’t have it when I needed it even though they sent me a defective mattress.

Pretty Comfortable, however, auto pump is noisy

This is a pretty comfy airbed, however it does slope in the middle, I can't see two people sleeping on it. As with most air mattresses, it does require some effort to get out of the bed. It took 2 minutes to inflate and deflate, I like the auto shut off feature. You must have the pump plugged in all night otherwise you will wake up on the floor - the mattress loses quite a lot of air without the auto pump. The motor is quite noisy and would be disturbing for the light sleeper. I wear ear buds to sleep so it was not an issue for me, but it might be for those who require absolute silence to sleep.

Really impressive product.

These are great products and the manufacturer stands behind them. I already had one of these airbeds and bought this one so that I would have a second. Unfortunately, this one had some sort of defect and wouldn't hold air as it should. It still worked, but the top-up pump had to run more than it should to keep up. The product comes with a two year warranty tho so I contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced the bed without question. Very impressive customer service! Again, these are really great airbeds!

Exceeded expectations!

I love it. The automation makes it super easy to inflate and deflate. I was very concerned when we purchased it that the auto inflation throughout the night would wake us up. Although it is audible, it never was loud enough to wake us up. My husband is a very light sleeper so I put our air filter in the room to provide some white noise, just in case. You could probably leave it off if it bothered you. My husband and I slept on it together and between the two of us we weigh about 330 pounds, and the mattress stayed very firm. We slept on it for four nights in a row and I would not have a problem doing it again.

Two of them broke within a week of use.

We bought one for our friends to use when they came to visit. The air mattress is comfortable, but the seal around the pump broke within the first few days of them visiting so we had to get it replaced under warranty.

Sturdy, comfortable and convenient

Got this to replace RV sleeper sofa air mattress. This works great on the floor so I don't even bother opening the sofa. The never flat feature is awesome as is the ability to set the support as either firm, medium or soft. The side construction makes it much easier to get I and out of. My guest was not small or very mobile. She liked it so much she ordered one of her own when she got home.

Sounded great - did not work

We bought this about a month ago to take with us on a glamping trip. Total disaster. The pump would not work at first - and finally would work, then stop, work then stop - we kept switching connections and ensured the power we were using was fine. It was, but the internal pump was not. It took more than an hour to air up and getting the air out took another hour +. We still thought, ok, maybe it did not like the car hookup - our vehicle has an outlet that worked well for everything else. Fast forward to this week when family had to join us due to being evacuated from the fire. The pump simply does not work. Past the 30-day return time, so we are stuck with an expensive pile of junk. Very disappointed.

It won't last for ever.

Did not last as long as I expected. Lasted 2 years using about 15 times total for a night or two. Then it got a very small rip on the top side that just started to spread. No patch is going to hold on to the "velvateen" finish that was on the top. With that said - the secondary air pump is excellent for keeping firmness. If you read the description for other models, they worn you about stretching and softening. You have to add a little air - this model does it for you, quietly in the night. I will buy another.

Comfortable and Met Expectations

We needed a bed for a home we purchased in another state until we renovate and move. I did a lot of research to find a bed that could mimic my own and stay inflated without having to fill it every night. You can adjust the firmness to your preference, which is great. It stayed the same firmness the entire time we were there. The only thing I would recommend is putting a blanket or two or thick mattress pad on the bed first. It was cold where we were, and we nearly froze because the mattress was so cold. We used two quilts as mattress covers after that, and it was perfect!

Not as good as I thought

The control panel on the bed started leaking air and had to return it. Not as good of quality product as I thought it would for a Serta name. Kohls was great about the return, it truly was a hassle free return. However, it is comfortable. I've had not heard it fill while I was sleeping so it retains the air pretty well with two people sleeping on it. I do like the convenience of auto fill and deflate process. Just wished it was most durable over time. I had an aerobed for over 10 years and didn't have any issues. I got this one for less than a year and already failed.

Very supportive

Bought this mattress as a replacement in our travel trailer. Was skeptical when it was ordered as to whether or not it would match the quality of the one it replaced. Both wife and I love it. It inflates quickly and the never flat works great. Best of all, we are not small people. Our combined weight lands at 450+ pounds. Even with the heavier load, it does not sink in and is equally supportive across from edge to edge. That was our main concern and it has been laid to rest. We feel the quality by far exceeds the original mattress that came on our trailer. We were surprised with the value on this mattress after researching many units. This was an excellent choice for our needs.

So nice to have an automatic pump!

I bought two of these, and they are both temporary beds for myself to use at home and at my mom's home elsewhere. I am happy with the 18" height of the mattress! I also love the convenience of having the built-in pump and the silent pump that keeps the mattress inflated during the night. However, I figured out after a week that the fumes from the mattress gave me headaches, and so I aired out the second mattress outdoors. I hope five hours outside in the sun was enough time to remove the chemical release issue. I will know Monday morning. Another problem factor is the 6 or 7-inch-wide 3-inch high pilow-type ridge around the entire perimeter of the mattress. I am only 5' 41/2" tall and weigh 130 pounds, but the mattress causes my neck to angle, which creates neck pain during the night and in the AM. When I "scoot" down to level my head, my feet are placed at awkward angles causing discomfort in my lower legs and feet. I am constantly waking up trying to find a comfortable position. This mattress is better than others I've used, but overall, despite the problematic raised perimeter border, I've learned that the bed is more comfortable when I regulate the air inside every night before retiring. Only conditionally would I recommend this mattress.

Good purchase - so far

I've used this bed for only two weeks now. I followed the instructions for inflation and had no trouble. There are three settings for firmness. Generally, I prefer a firm setting. However, having read other reviews, I decided to try the middle setting. That provides a nice firm mattress. Having the automatic settings is very nice. Gives me confidence that the bed is not over inflated. The never flat pump ran a few times during the past weeks. It runs quiet, but, loud enough that a light sleeper might be wakened by it running. I purchased two other air beds in recent years. One developed a leak after three years of use. And, the second developed a leak after 3 months of use. So while quite pleased at this moment, time will tell if it will hold up over the years.
