We moved from overseas so we had 4 new bed frames to put together. This one was by far the most difficult. The holes didn’t line up properly and it was a major headache trying to get the pieces together. Ugh. Hours later we eventually managed it but not before I just about threw the whole thing off the balcony in frustration. It does look solid and my daughter was thrilled with the end result so it still gets 3 stars but honestly furniture shouldn’t have to be this difficult to put together!

It's gorgeous and I love it. Previous reviews are accurate- color is slightly subdued and very classy. It arrived with some scratching, but once assembled there are no visible defects. No squeaks. Also, I'm an adult and own the full, and it holds up well to...vigorous evening activity. Don't put this thing together alone if you can avoid it. The directions are a bit tricky and I had to detach pieces a couple of times. And once you get to the last third of the instructions, it gets difficult to maneuver alone. It took me almost four hours, and I think recruiting a friend would have easily cut that time in half.

Would've been more but....

One part was damaged, of course it was the last part in the box! ...probably because the shipped box was 105lbs in one package and the part was crushed. BTW, there was no box damage on the outside. I went on the chat and the rep was able to get me a replacement part shipped in 4 business days. Not so long after putting it together, I'm back on char asking for another part because it's wrong! How do 3 of 4 parts come right, and 1 part "U" is wrong so I can't even use it. Now I requested they send a replacement again and am told another 2-5 days! Almost 2 weeks just to get undamaged and correct parts, is ridiculous.
