Mattress does not stay in place. Going to have to figure something out to keep it from moving around. I think I prefer standard mattress and box spring vs the platform bedframe.

Defective when received

It has 2 frames which have to be attached with long screws. The frames have 4 support brackets which attach but one of my brackets is either too short to reach the screw it's supposed to attach to or the screw was misplaced on the frame. Also this side of the frame bends in the middle when one side is lifted; the other frame does not. I called the manufacturer, hope to get a replacement soon. Cannot say if sturdy/comfortable or not yet.

The bed frame was nice, assembly went smoothly until I tried to screw in one of the bolts. It turned out to be bad threads, I had tried several other bolts. I contacted the company directly they said they could not help me, they had no spare frame parts to send me, and since I purchased these two twin frames from Home Depot, I would have to go through them. In addition, mattresses slide too easily on the frames, despite the 4 slats that have a slip resistant strip. They frames should have small sides that hold the mattresses inside.
