We got the elite and the extra padding was just to much- the matress and the overall product and customer service was great. WE did a donation and did get the full refund so the 100 day promise was kept. You have to follow the instructions but that keeps people from scamming the system

The Worst Mattress on the Market

We ended up returning the mattress after 30 days. Terrible quality. Slept warm. Extremely uncomfortable. Customer service also problematic. Unethical company.

Average, probably not as good as non "in-a-box" mattresses of equal price tier. Also never picked up old one.

Seems ok, still have some back pain sometimes though. Not sure if a mattress this expensive is actually that much superior to a mattress that is less costly, considering this one also comes "in a box" like other cheaper alternatives. Also Helix never followed up with me and didn't even offer to remove the old mattress like they said they would. Sleep just as cool as prior mattress I had.

The bed is comfortable and has much better support than my old bed, but I am disappointed to find that I am still having some back pain. I am considering swapping it out for a firmer Helix mattress, maybe that would help.

I am very happy with my mattress purchase. Very comfortable. That being said,the LoadUp service I purchased was an unfortunate experience. Four men arrived ,one that spoke very little English,didn't know what was in the boxes and needed my husbands help with setup.They had trouble fitting removal in their vehicle. Spent over 2 hours trying to figure out how to assemble the bed, and noticed one reading instructions upside down. Have to say they stayed until job was finished. Having 4 men not knowing what they were doing in my home was unsettling.I feel like some compensation for this service is warranted.
