Love this pillow except its just a hair too hard. Hoping in time it will gain a little more softness. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for aside from it being too firm. Love the comfort amp; the cooling function actually works, I used to get super hot at night with my hair now I don't. Wish it wasn't soo expensive but worth it!

The comforter and the coolness of this pillow has made my sleep so much better . I was not sleeping threw the night and would wake up with a sore neck, but those days are gone now

The pillow stays cool and my head sinks into the pillow more then most memory foam pillows. I need to have another pillow or my hand/arm under it in order for it to offer enough support.
