queen width
I bought the queen size. It's about 2" short on the width. Also, it doesn't completely "fluff" back up after you get out of bed.
It was so soft you sunk into the mattress and the only way to get out of bed was to roll out! I have severe back issues and was hoping this would help ease the pain but it only intensified it!

Not Cool
First words state cooling but there is nothing “Cool” about this pad. It’s just a mattress pad.
