Novilla mattress

I was very nervous when I ordered this mattress because I have so many problems trying to find the correct firmness. Because of all the wonderful reviews I decided I would take a chance and order this. I was not a bit disappointed, in fact I was very impressed. It is one of the best mattresses that I have ever slept on. It's not too firm, and it's not to plush. I would highly recommend this mattress. It was well packaged and came in the time that was stated it would be here.

1 year after use, bed is awful to use

When we first got it for the few months, it was great. Bed was nice, sleep was good. However, by month 5, the bed began to sag like awful. Our backs began to hurt and now we have to flip the mattress ever week. Out bed has a bed frame with 2.3 inches between the slats and we've had before without any issues. We'll be looking for a different mattress moving forward.

Hard as a rock

I was hoping this mattress would be somewhat comfortable. It was on the scale 1-10 leaning at a 7 towards plush, it is in no way even medium, it's extremely hard. This wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive option I was looking at but I absolutely hate it. There's a lot of reviews stating it's soft, it's not. Expect to wake up in a lot of pain. I wish I could return it but do not want to go through the trouble. Now I'm purchasing a mattress pad i hope it helps.

Super comfy

Great soft top mattress. Came packaged really well to help get it to the bedframe. Came with a small blade to safely cut the plastic wrap that it was shipped in. Once opened it popped open into mattress length. Took about a full day to air out into it's final form. Soft firmness but comfortable.

The 12" one was cloud like.

I bought the 12 in one as I am a full side sleeper and my hips and shoulders on firm mattresses bother me.My partner has the 10in one. If is soft, medium soft.the 12inch one is like I am being carried on a cloud around the whole universe. My partner tested my bed... we are on two sleep schedules and I am a very light sleeper...Well he wants mine... medium plush.If anyone calls this bed not soft they either got the 8 inch or 10 in...(10 is still soft) but that 12 inch mattress is the definition of the word soft. So they may not be a human? This bed is supportive but I may never want to get out of bed ever again. I am in love with this bed.I hope it lasts.

Deeper sleep

I was first skeptical about a mattress coming from Amazon. After I was able to set up the bedframe and mattress. I slept better than I have in 7 years. I haven't remembered when I even had a dream last and I was able to have one the first night. I highly recommend this mattress. Thank you Amazon!

Don't buy

I got this had it maybe a moth and they told me I can send it back it socks big wast of money

One year later it is worse than the one it replaced.

This mattress barely made it one year. It’s drooping where you sleep. I wish I had bought something better. I didn’t expect a decade, but I expected more than one short year! I can’t even sleep in my own bed now, I wake up with pain if I try. It is now worse than the one it replaced.

Love the mattress!

It is on the hard side. So if you like a soft mattress this one is not for you. But for my back pain, I like it. I'm very impressed! 100% recommend it!! Looks very good on the bed and is really an XL twin mattress. Very satisfied!😉

This is NOT medium firm ..... it is WAY more firm than medium.

This is NOT medium anything....it is HARD. Even with a gel topper it is too firm and very uncomfortable.Sadly, we are stuck with it as no way to return it. Unless you want a hard bed, I would stay away from this product!

Sleeps well! Bottom left corner is a little off, but I only waited 48 of the 72 hours recommended.

Serves the purpose.

This was purchased for a spare bedroom that won’t see a lot of use(20-30 nights per year) so we didn’t want to spend a boatload on a premium. While I haven’t slept on it, I wouldn’t mind sleeping on it and am overall impressed with the comfort and we definitely won’t be embarrassed when a guest uses it. I will confirm that edge support is a minimum and that if you roll to close to the edge, you might wake up in the floor, however I think that is common in memory foam mattresses especially on the lower end.
