WARNING ‼️

Worst ever experience. WARNING ‼️ The pad had been cut and altered by "I suspect" previous customer. The California King was cut down in an attempt to fit a King bed. Our bed is a Cal King we purchased a Cal King. It was delivered to us in a plastic bag.

We purchased this item based on the HD description that...

We purchased this item based on the HD description that said 1) filled with memory foam and 2) the cooling effect. We allowed it two days to “fluff up” but it never did. It appeared that the topper was filled with memory foam powder which provided no cushioning at all. It also did not provide any cooling and actually felt warmer than normal. While it seemed well made, it was no more than a fancy looking mattress pad. In fact our old mattress pad provided more padding. We returned it. It is not what is advertised; do not recommend.

Not as described--Minimal filling.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. When we took it out of the bag I honestly thought that we received the wrong item or that I had ordered something different. What I received is thinner than my comforter. We tried fluffing it up and giving it time to expand, but there is no filling to puff up. I should have read the other reviews prior to purchasing.

Super comfortable and cool!

This pillow is amazing!! It molds to the shape of your head and stays cool all night - you can actually feel the coolness through the pillow case! Only downside is it doesnt come in King size so it looks a little funny next to the other pillows on our bed but its worth it! This pillow has helped me sleep much better!!

best money spent for sleeping ever

This product is amazing. The cooling side isn't cool for a minute and then warms up with your body heat. The cooling side is cool to the touch immediately and as you sink in, it continues to get colder. I after fall asleep with a cool sensation on my face. When I naturally turn over I also turn my pillow over to the wicking side. This side is even better than the cooling side. When I am in my deep sleep I tend to drool on my pillow but now I don't wake up to pools of drool. Buy this pillow, buy two of them and sleep your best sleep.

I bought 2 cooling mattress toppers. 1 for me and 1 for my oldest son. We both agreed they really do help cool off your bed & also makes the bed feel softer. The cooling isn’t cold. It’s just right. Living in Texas sometimes the air conditioning is just not enough. I totally recommend men’s this product.

I hate this mattress pad.

First, it IS cooling. That's nice. However. It's ill fitting, it was a struggle to get it on the mattress. The worst part is that it's so slick that my sheets refuse to stay on the bed. They slip right off with the slightest touch. Maybe with my flannel sheets in the winter but I dont need a cooling mattress pad in the winter. I HATE this mattress pad.

Not As Described

This was a disappointing purchase. I was looking for a cooling mattress pad for an overly warm hybrid/foam mattress. This sounded great in the description, but not so. It added heat, and was too hot for me. Bed was cooler without it. Not very much padding. Fit was good on my queen mattress. Also had poor construction issues, seams not sewn completely and coming apart at corners. Original price too high for the quality of this item, especially since it does not do what it says and the poor construction.

2" of extra loft? NOT! - Makes it cooler? Maybe.

Description states that it adds 2" extra loft. This is a misrepresentation. There is no way it comes close to 2 inches. I would say maybe maybe maybe 3/4 of an inch but that is even stretching it. The edges have a bit more puff than the inside squares. Seemed nicely made and good quality. It did feel cool to the touch when I took it out of the bag which surprised me that a material could feel like that so maybe the chill part does help. I did not sleep on it because it was obviously too thin for what I was looking for. If you need extra loft for softness, this will not help you except perhaps very minimally. I don't know why companies say things like this. Seems odd because some people wouldn't like the extra two inches and therefore not buy it and yet people who want the extra 2 inches return it because it just isn't 2 inches. Fortunately, it is not a problem to return, just a hassle and waste of time. I would maybe recommend for the cooling part, not sure.
