Similar to picture, not as comfortable as hoped

These are a little lighter gray than what the chairs looked online, but they look great in our office space. We purchased three. All three have levers that indicate you can raise/lower the chair and lock/release the tilt. One lever looks different than the others. I tried tilting all three chairs, but they do not seem to tilt. Maybe the wrong lever was installed.? The seat is very firm. When it comes to size/dimensions, I would say the seats are deep for anyone under 6' to sit all the way back with a natural bend of the knee. The person sitting in the first picture is over 6' tall. I am 5'4" and have a several-inch gap behind my back when I am sitting on the chair with my knees bent at the same angle. I would recommend a pillow for the back.

We were on the hunt for a swivel chair that would pair nicely with the low-profile sectional couch that we already had in our living room. This chair fits the bill. It is minimalist enough that it doesn't overwhelm the space. It is also way more comfortable than it looks. Highly recommended!
