Disappointed!

I have used her pans before. Thinking that ordering a set they would be the usual sixes! No these are the smallest pans not a big one in the bunch! One was even dented! The packing was so tight it is hard to imagine that happened in shipping. It was put in the package that way! Not happy but l am not going to try and fit them back in that small box and return! Sorry l trusted RR!

Worst experience ever

I’m on my second return for this item. Bought it on sale for $248 when it is usually over $400. First shipment had the largest pot defective, bended to the point you could not close the lid. Return seem easy but when I thought they will exchange, they forgot to offer me that option and the noticed the price had gone up to $450. Call them and thankfully they matched the price I paid originally so we ordered again. Unfortunately when the second one came it also had the large pot defective, bended on the bottom to the point we could not put it flat on the stove. Called again and this time I made sure they exchanged. A few days later I noticed that there is an email saying that my exchanged was not approved. I’m so puzzled I called them and they tell

I owned 1 pan was happy w it so i bought a whole set for wife. She loved it. Her last set lasted almost 10 years. Little pricier than other. But you pay for quality.

I was excited to buy my wife the set of pots and pans that she always talks about and sees on tv. She loves Rachel Ray and I thought that we do need a pan set since our last real set was over 15 years old and showing its's age. I went on Wayfair internet site saw the pans offered on sale and for a price that was still a little high, but it seemed the best deal destined to happen. They said delivery would be on the day of my wife's birthday with free shipping and I bought it. The set arrived and she was so happy and loved it. She later started opening the box and I saw that things were not tightly packed as normal and was a bit disheveled. All was going good until she got to the large spaghetti pot. One of the orange side handles was broken and two pieces of handle were found in the box next to the pot. A bit dismayed she took it with stride and asked if I could contact Wayfair and tell them about it and show them pictures we took. I did so and Wayfair customer service was very helpful and kept things in a positive mode. She asked questions and then said that Wayfair would send out a replacement pot. She said at that point I would need to send them the broken handle pot we received originally and the two pieces we found that had broken off. I give this a four because this happens sometimes, but the store returns personnel were very helpful and very nice. I am just now waiting for the replacement pot to arrive.

Not the same

This is my second set of these and they are definitely not the same quality of my first set. I had my first set over 10 years and and lost them in a house fire. I have had this set about 5 months and they are already showing sings of lots of ware with minimal cooking. And they are not cheap. Disappointed…..

Do not buy this!!!!

We bought this about 5 years ago. Not long after, the black stuff that is the nonstick component has been falling off the pots and pans. This is disgusting and it causes health problems. I would never recommend this set to anyone. Do not buy thus set if you love cooking and you cook a lot. Look elsewhere or you will be eating nonstick material from the pots

2012 was a better set

I was looking to replace my pots and pans I had purchased in 2012 and discovered SHRINKFLATION on the Rachel Ray 14 Piece set. My original set has a 1.5 qt and 4.5 qt saucepan however the 2022 set has 1 qt and 4 qt saucepan. Also, the original saute pan is 4.5 qts and is now only a 3 qt. The only piece that was made larger was the skillet that was originally 8" and is now 8.5". I have loved my original set for 10 years now and purchased this set as a replacement only to discover shrinkflation as well as that the 6 qt stockpot is not flat on the bottom and wobles on the counter, the saute pan does too. Quality control on this product has gone down hill. My original 14 piece is by far superior to what is being sold now.

Great variety of sizes of pots

This set is practically perfect! It has a great variety of size pots - everything I was looking for. The frying pans are small, so I did purchase a larger one from the same line as well. The material is great for holding in and evenly distributing heat. I love this set - I only wish there were more color options as I'm not a fan of the orange. There are other sets available in this line, but they didn't have all the pieces I wanted.

Love this set.

I love this set of Rachael Ray cookware. I used it Last night and the food practically slid out of the pot. I fried eggs and sausage this morning and i didnt put anything in the pan and the eggs slid around the pan like it was a skating rink. I am tickled pink with this cookware. I am going to make gravy in the 3qt covered sausepan for breakfast in the morning. I would highly recomend this cookware. It is a wonderful set. Anything Rachael Ray puts her name on an designes herself is good in my book. I love it .

These were extremely well packaged. First they were in the display box you would see in a store and then in a shipping box to keep them secure. There were cardboard separators and padding to keep the glass lids from breaking and the pots from scratching. I waited this long to do the review, because I was concerned that the handles would become “tacky”. They have not. I’ve never had cookware that said it is non-stick and it is TRULY non-stick - even eggs have not needed grease. If you are looking for a new set of cookware, this would be a good choice.

This cookware set would have been AMAZING had nothing been wrong with it!! I’ve been eyeing it for a few months and finally decided to pull the trigger. I chose the “open box” discounted price fully expecting that they inspect the product to make sure that everything was up to par. It in fact, was not!! One of the lids had a dent in it, 2 of the pots were no longer round, 2 of them took some beating to the lip going around the top. This review is not for the product but for a step missed by Wayfair.

I mostly love the set. This is the 2nd one Ive order because the 1st set the large pot had a Dent in the center. Looks like a manufacturing defect I received the 2nd set and the same defect! And one the large Skillet it burned the 1st time I used it on the bottom and cant remove it. It was not because of anything on my stove. Very disappointed. In the photo of the skillet that is from the only time I have used it. Looks like it has been used for years!

Amazing!

I love this set of pots and pans! They’re so beautiful and well made. The handles are very sturdy and cushioned nicely, very comfortable to hold in hand. The kids are very thick and durable that also clean easily! I love the color combination with the bright orange. They cook great and very evenly with no problems. The variety in sizes has made cooking very pleasing, they are large enough for most of the meals I cook and having versatile lids is a bonus! The only thing I dislike is how easily the bottom of the pot scratched against my coil burner. I wish that didn’t happen but unfortunately not much can be done. The inside of the cookware are very nicely coated and no scratches which i don’t like when that happens to pans. I try to avoid it but it can happen sometimes. Overall a very beautiful and durable set! I would buy this and recommend to anyone looking for a new cookware set.

Wow!

I absolutely adore my new Rachael Ray cookware set! It's so convenient having all the different sizes. Whether I'm cooking for my small family of three, my extended family, or just for myself - I always have the perfect size pot/pan. I especially love the smaller stock pot. Not only is it adorable, it's super versatile. Every piece of this cookware set functions perfectly. Food cooks quickly & evenly without sticking. The non-stick surface also makes clean up a breeze. I'm usually able to use my sink's sprayer head to remove all traces of food, which means I don't have to do any scrubbing. The one issue I have is that sometimes eggs get stuck around the rivets that attach the handles to small skillet. The handles give such a nice pop of color and I love the unique shape of the cookware.

So happy with my new cookware set

I’m a big fan of Rachael Ray brand because of its quality. I own so many cookware items from this brand but not a whole set. Thus, I’m very happy with my new cookware set. They are all hard anodized construction so get heated really quick. Surprising, the weight of each item is light and the handles are covered with rubber make the cooking process is so much easier. I don’t need to look for the kitchen grips whenever I wanna move the hot pot or toss food in a skillet anymore. I also love the nonstick feature. No more burned or sticky food. Easy to clean up too.

Cooks dream!

The Rachael Ray 14 piece set is a cooks dream! It comes with all the essentials to cook anything and everything. Almost all of these pans come with a sturdy lid! The bright handles have silicone to protect my hands while cooking and feel so nice! I cooked a chicken and rice meal in one of the pans and nothing stuck. My meal was delicious! These pots and pans are strong. I know they will last me a long time. I do use silicone or plastic spoons to protect these pans! Washing these by hand is so easy. I don’t have to scrub! I highly recommend any cook have these in their kitchen! Makes cooking fun and easy!

Great cookware set!

This is a perfect cookware set for family use, or even would make an amazing gift. We received our set promptly and after few uses, its clear that my old cookware was definitely not up to the same quality as this. The heat is even and it heads up much faster. The handles and covers are way more ergonimcally designed that my hands thank me everytime I use it. Because of the even heat distribution - this cooks some really declicious dishes. So far I've made soups, rice dishes, noodles/pasta and sauces on it.

Love this cookware! Been using this set for about 9 months now and absolutely no complaints. Heats up fast. Cleans super easily. Non stick feature really works fantastic. It says that these are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash my pots and pans to keep them in super high quality. These are nice and are a thick material, but not super heavy which is something I'm very grateful for. Lids fits perfect. The handles are a nice material and have a smooth texture. You can put these in the oven up to 350 degrees too. Would definitely buy these again.

I have just now been able to use my cookware after waiting for my new glass top stove to be installed after a kitchen remodel. Was very excited to use my new cookware after waiting so long. I researched all the cookware and knew there was only specific cookware I could use. Either stainless steel or the hard anodized material. I Purchased this cookware since it stated it was safe for glass or ceramic tops. I used the large pot, heat was on medium. The first thing I notice was the pan did not fit flat on the stove and wobbled. After removing the pot, there was a what appeared a residue left that cannot be removed even with the special cleaner. Very disappointed in the cookware as all the pans do the same thing and my beautiful expensive stove looks terrible.

Delivered fast and in good condition. We've had the same set for years (bought this to expand our collection) - it holds up well over time. The new ones are obviously new compared to the older ones (orange handles have aged and the units overall show obvious signs of use as expected), but no noticeable issues with the pan coating. We have these and some calphalon items (they do not have the coating). The pots we use without consideration of brand, but I notice when I am cooking in the pans, I invariably grab these Rachel Ray items - mainly because we don't cook with oil and these work better in this particular situation. Pleased overall with the purchase.
