Would be 5 stars but non-stick defects in 6 months
We really loved this pan since we got it back in February right up until late August. No need for oils or butter or grease, cooks very evenly, easy to handle and clean (hand wash with mild soap and soft sponge, hand dry with soft towel), and great consistent results every time. It was 5-stars all the way. That is, up until it's 6th month of weekly use, which is when the non-stick coating started to erode from the bottom edges inside the pan and even after proper washing and drying care, the inside edges where the coating erodes it actually formed rust. So despite the good price point and initial great performance, the fact that this happens and there is no warranty past 30 days and no phone customer service from Rachel Ray nor Anolon, we give it 2 stars now.

I ordered a few RR pans recently. They are true non-stick, clean up easily, and have no marks after several uses.
