Quality control lacking

Perfect dimensions for what I needed but…I ordered 2 nightstands in black. The first one we unpacked had a cracked back leg and the front frame near the top drawer had a severe indentation. Both defects was clearly noticeable and they should have never been shipped. We unpacked the second nightstand and found that it was missing stain in an area between the top and middle drawers. Again, it should never have been shipped. Quality control is clearly lacking at Safavieh. Now we have to deal with getting them packed up and shipped back. Not the quality that we were expecting for this price point.

By far my favorite purchase from this website, it is beautiful and extremely spacious, perfect for couples room. I bought 2 of these, one for each side of the guest room.

Beautiful piece! Box came broken but the furniture was inside of another box that was well protected inside. It came all assembled, only I need to unscrew the handles and screw then again in the front of the drawers. Very happy not to assemble. Very white color. The details of the drawers makes it elegant. It was as I expected.

Ordered 2, first one was very damaged. save the packaging ! Do not destroy packaging. Quality is decent, comes assembled. Love the size and width

Beautiful and functional

I wish I could send a photo, but I purchased this for my mother, who lives in a care facility in another state, so I haven't actually seen it "in person". I can tell you that it was the perfect small size she needed, it shipped FULLY ASSEMBLED, and to my surprise, it arrived only two days after I ordered it! (estimated delivery date was 6 days). Best of all, my mother loves it!- the color, the style, and the drawer capacity. Thank you, Overstock, you've made both my Mom and me happy!

The nightstand is beautiful, however don’t like the backing, it’s mdf, had a problem with the original order, I called customer service and issued was resolved.

Love my Nightstand ordered two one came broken but Overstock took care of it and sent out a new one.

Chest came fully assembled, which was very appreciated. While they were nice, the quality could have been better. The drawers were defective and didn’t slide perfectly smoothly. Also, we have to get the bottom drawer fixed/replace because it’s falling off the tracks.

Not worth it

The drawer was broken and so hard for them to exchange it.. I should of read the reviews

We ordered 2 of these for a guest bedroom. ...

We ordered 2 of these for a guest bedroom. One was fine, the other had 2 doors that did not work. The drawers only come out half way so we ended up replacing all drawers with new more substantial drawer slides.

Poor quality drawer tracks

Came with a large ding in the side of the dresser, which I could have patched, but the drawers don't open and close right, a big struggle, and the bottom one wouldn't close all the way at all. The bottom drawer also opened more on one side than the other in a lopsided way. Save your money and save the hassle of return. The only good thing I can say was return was free and despite it being hard to get this back to fex ex (heavy!), I was properly refunded.

it came (and was packaged) damaged. The packaging was intact and undamaged. All three drawers were broken.
