The results are well worth the effort. I removed an old hot tub and remodeled the space as my new office. Installation is somewhat challenging and time consuming. Vinyl gloves and sharp utility scissors are highly recommended. The tile size is less than 12"x 12" more like 11"x 11" - and extra tiles are needed to pick the right pebbles to fill openings between larger pieces / edges. I covered 48 sq ft.
