easy to use, does the job
It's not on store shelf but worth ordering 👍🏻
It absorbed quickly so I was able to put 2nd coating sooner. Clean up was better, cleaner feeling than the old type's of sealer's I used all my life, no chemical smell or icky feel to dread 😏
Poor results
Had to replace my steps on my porch. Waited 5 weeks and used this product to protect the new wood. The water never beeds up and looks like nothing has ever been applied to the steps.

Easy to apply
Easy to apply. I put it in a spray bottle and sprayed it on a vertical concrete foundation. The first coat soaked in quickly. The second coat dripped some. After it dried I sprayed it with the hose and the water beaded off.

I use the Rain Guard as a foundation sealer for our brick home. Easy to apply with a garden pump sprayer. Not sure about the 10 year warranty as I tend to reapply every fall season. No discoloring noted.
