Excellent planter, easy to build and a great value

This planter is excellent. The shipping box was damaged at some point in the process, however there was no damage to the product inside. The instructions for assembly are clear with easy to read. The images are consise, and I built it by myself in under 2 hours. The quality is very good and the holes lined up perfectly. The only caveat I have is there is about a 1/2inch gap in the floor of the box. There is a note that the gap is intentional to allow for swelling and expansion of the wood. Can't wait to fill it with plants and start harvesting fresh herbs and vegetables!

Very nice product better than I thought it would be. Fun to put together really need a drill motor for assembly.

I really love the raised garden bed. I am here to tell you it takes way longer than 20 minutes to put together. I took my time and did it once!

It was a gift. My daughter assembled it without difficulty.

Very pleased with this cart! It does get heavy with all the soil in it but moves nicely with 2 people guiding it. Basil, oregano, parsley, rosemary and sage all growing nicely!

A great answer

I wanted a place for an herb garden. In the ground wasn’t going to work since we have a dog. This raised bed was the perfect answer and much easier on my back! We had a slight problem with a missing part and BCP easily solved it. I couldn’t be more pleased!!!

Don't buy the shelf option!

This product was easy to assemble with all parts present and holes drilled until I got to the shelf. The cross pieces on the shelf were not drilled to match up with the holes in the slats. To fix this, I would have had to drill 56 holes. I complained and asked for just two properly drilled cross pieces as the slats did have the proper holes for the screws. There was no reponse to Target from the company. My advice is to order the planter but without the shelf. Up to that point everything seemed fine.

Missing part! Run around with Best Choice

Poor customer service. Unwilling to provide missing part. Kept referring me to Walmart. Why would they have the missing board? Contacted Walmart who could only refund if returned. No option for sending the missing piece. Item is put together. Just frustrating.

Returned it to store. Shipping Box was not in great shape at delivery, was heavily taped. Appeared as though it may have been opened at some point then re-taped. Biggest issue was the Quality of the wood. It was poor. 3 leg corner caps were missing. Your returns clerk was very nice and professional. Walmart’s similar product to the one which I purchased at about the same price was much better quality overall than the one we got from HD.

Perfect for no Bending Over

These are perfect amount of space for a patio or anything. And great if you have a bad back. Very easy to put together, just a drill.

What I liked and what was wrong

I love how it finishes It looks beautiful and huge it can accommodate a lot of purposes I chose the one without paint because I want to paint it white and paint the bottom shelf in a medium brown or gray color I haven't decided yet maybe strong blue but what i didn't like it was The measurements of the screws hole on the bottom shelf are all wrong I had to install them diagonally and I suffered a lot with them the one look like ladder uh you will see

I love these! What back & knee savers they are. So sturdy, made of real wood.I like everything about them. I got 4 to start, then ordered 2 more. No complaints.

Frustrating

Assembly was a disaster. A few furniture parts did not fit. Two screws were stripped. Manual said it required 20 minutes to assemble. Impossible. More like 4 hours. Very misleading as there were over 100 screws that had to be placed. Had to buy hardware to make it work. Once assembled product looks good.

Beautiful, fun to put together

Came in a box with many parts. All the parts were labeled, screws separated in small bags, clearly labeled. The instructions were clear. Amazingly the parts all fit, the holes aligned, and nothing was missing. That said, I will grab a lawn chair and a lemonade to watch anyone assemble this in the 20 minutes claimed to be the approximate assembly time. There are 112 screws alone to put in place! But It turned out sturdy and I was pleased. Added polyurethane and soil, I am good to plant!
