Love my chairs I needed something to match an antique table and buffet, and they match perfectly and yet had a little modern touch to the room.
Deceptive advertising
The item description on the Raymour&Flaniagn website is incorrect. The chairs are listed as 23" wide when they are actually only 19". In addition when I located the same chairs on a competitors website R&F refused to match the lower price despite a policy that claims they would match the price. I returned the chairs and I am extremely dissatisfied with the company.
Good chairs. Scratch floors
Wish the leather held up a little better, also the bottoms have scratched my hardwoods up a little but overall good chairs. Can sit in them for hours.

Great chairs
I ordered 6 of these chairs; they were delivered two days ago. Obviously, I can't say how they will hold up long term, but so far I am extremely pleased. Even though one of the original boxes was destroyed in shipping and UPS had to construct a very sloppy replacement box, all of the parts were there and in good condition. Assembly was super easy: just 10 bolts per chair. The allen wrench was included also. Working alone, I assembled them in about 15-20 minutes per chair. Be sure not to skip the step in the instructions that says to level them before doing the final tightening of the bolts. After inserting all of the bolts in each chair and tightening them enough to make the chair stable, I set it on a hard-surface floor and sat on it, which eliminated any wobbles, then finished tightening all of the bolts. These are very heavy, sturdy chairs at a great price. Highly recommend.
I DISLIKED that I payed extra for my items to be put together when they arrived ? how do you solve this problem cuz I have no tools to put the items together or knowelege of how to do
Chairs were well packed and arrived without any issues. They were easy to put together, but the instructions had items mislabeled. They look beautiful and seem very sturdy. Am very happy with my purchase.
