So far so good after multiple rain storms, and well made structurally. But for the price, it is lacking a key feature. Yes, it has a cinch cord that goes all the way around. But... The only tie down options are on the 4 corners. There are no loops, hooks, grommets, etc. at the long-side middle points so there's no way to secure it across the midsection from underneath. In our windy backyard, it's causing it to blow up from underneath. On our previous cover (another brand) there were loops/grommets along the entire bottom so you could attach bungees at multiple points preventing lift. On this model, I had to extend longer bungees up the sides to attach to the top handles, but this tension causes the sides to tuck under. This model could be a 5-star if they just added a side loop/grommet on the bottom of the long sides.

Very happy with the patio table cover - we've been using it for two winters now to cover our teak table, also purchased at Overstock. Having a cover over the table has kept our wood table nice for 2 winters while sitting on our patio in Michigan (snowy/rainy winters).
