Everybody Loves This Chair
Ordered 2 of these last year. Users loved them. Other people tried them."Can I get one of those?" Ordered 6 more this year. Then another one. These are used in both office and lab environments. People love the seats, and the backs. Super comfy. The only downside is the price keeps creeping up. They're still a good deal, but when they were under a hundred bucks, they were a GREAT deal.
Greenguard certified ≠ flame retardant free
I ordered this chair because of its Greenguard certification status, thinking that would guarantee that the fabric and upholstery had not been treated with harsh/toxic brominated flame retardants like those required by California's TB 117. Unfortunately upon opening the chair for assembly, I found on the bottom of the seat cushion a giant label stating that the chair was in compliance with the law, meaning it had been treated heavily with the same chemicals I'd been trying to avoid.
UNBELIEVABLE VALUE
These chairs are extremely comfortable and well above my expections for the price. Not to mention that they are considered "green" as well. The Federal Gov't is being made to go green (which isn't a bad thing) but it is really hard to find office furniture that meet that standard.
