Shout out

Desk is great But wanted to give a shout out to delivery man Ruben. He went above and beyond to get this Desk delivered to us. We had been away from office and he went to great lengths to get in touch with us to get this rescheduled and delivered. His resourcefulness and great attitude should be commended! Bravo to you to you for hiring such a valuable human!!

Avoid using Office Depot at any cost

The desk is good. Office Depot and their business practices are not! I ordered this desk on 22 July and it reflected as in stock and was to be delivered on 26 July. On 24 July, the shipping status reflected as delivered. On 25 July, the hutch was delivered but not the desk. The shipping status changed to back ordered. After back and forth with OD. They ordered direct for me. That was 1 Aug with a delivery date of 8 Aug. it is now 9 Aug and the updated tracking now says 13 Aug. this is some terrible customer service and business practices. At no time have we been offered anything for compensation for troubled nor direct communications from OD to follow up on their issues.

Good product

The desk is sturdy and have space. Delivery was great. Would recommend it.

Patience required for assembly

Looks great but very, very difficult to assemble and would be nearly imposible to move after assembly.

nice desk but....

I am in KD furniture business for over 25 years, this is my honest opinion. This is a well-made and good-looking office desk. It is made with high quality commercial grade boards; I drilled screws into the boards and feel confident that it will hold well. Color is subjective, but I think it is a good looking classy cherry color. The curve edge tabletop is very nice, not only for the look but also more comfortable to lean on. Here are the bad! 1. The assembly instruction can be improved, as much experience I've had in KD furniture, it still took me 3 hours to put this desk together. 2. can use more storage and the drawers are too flimsy for the quality of the desk.

Solid unit with some minor issues.

Gets a 4 star despite some assembly issues. There's plastic pcs. where screw goes in for drawer assembly. Holes are too small and crack/break easily if screwed them in quickly. Had to go slow to save all but 1 that broke. I had to add a brace to fix this. Assembly took 6 solid hours with 1 person for all but the heavy lifting of tops. Directions and fasteners well defined makes the job easier.

Overall very nice desk - highly recommend!

Nice desk, just as pictured, and you can't beat the price. Overall worth every penny - highly recommend this desk for a home office or light duty/small business office.

Still waiting

I'm not sure how you can ask me to rate this product when I haven't received it yet. I've been waiting for about a month and still don't even have an expected shipment date.

Excellent quality desk; huge amount of assembly.

Considering the price the desk is excellent. It is quite a project to put together, which I believe is why the price is so low given the quality of the desk itself. If you are open to a full day of assembly then you will not be disappointed.

Good desk, very solid and functional.

Good desk, very functional for my needs, a lot more solid than I expected for the price. Getting lot's o compliments from co-workers. Make sure you reserve 4-5 hours to put it together, it's a job and a half!

Great Bang for your Buck!

Great Value, This desk is really a pretty good deal, it is sturdy and is asthetically pleasing, however it is difficult to put together and the holes were not in the right place so we had to make some "field adjustments". But all in all, for under $300 this is a smoking deal. What I was most impressed with was that I ordered it at 11am Monday and it was delivered Tuesday by 11am.

Completely satisfied!

This desk is beautiful and large enough to serve my needs. It was easy to assemble when following the directions and all of the parts were included along with extra hardware. It took time and patience and two people to assemble it, but it was well worth the effort!

Worst ever experience will never order again

Did not deliver when we scheduled and on the day it was supposed to be here after multiple attempts to contact the shipper they said it wouldn't come. They delivered on the next day when I expressly told them I wouldn't be there and left it in the rain. Damage to box and desk will never buy from here again.

This is a horrible product! It was very cheaply made and when you want to return it, the pick up is a hassle through Saia! They will not refund it until you have it picked up which means they will just hold on to almost $700! Do not buy!
