Ordered two lights - one works okay; the other's switch broke after 2 or 3 uses and now stays on all the time. Poor quality - will return.

Buyers beware. I received the lights 05/01/24. Despite seeing they were Black and Decker, a brand I typically avoid due to past quality issues, I was excited to finally have proper lighting for my small pantry. Unfortunately, even after a full charge, the lights did not adequately light up the 3'x4' space. Today 5/2, I attempted to return the lights and was surprised to find out I have to pay to ship the lights back to the seller!! I will not be receiving a full refund. Also, the lights come with USB cords but no ports. For the price, they should have been included. Long story short, i'll stick to ****. If there are any quality issues, at least I know I will get a full refund.

Does not work as advertised.

Motion sensor works only in the complete darkness (Per manufacturer). If there is moderate lighting in the room it will disable the sensor. It is not usable under the cabinets unless you are in a completely dark room. This product comes with false advertising.

These are horrible, the automatic turn on and off, never worked, they do not stay charged for more then a few days, even when turned off. Do not purchase these.

These give good light, and are easy and fast to recharge. I did not try the stick on metal placement strips that are included. It is just easier to use the magnet built into the light to attach to something metal, or to balance lights on a counter. I liked them so much, I reordered more light bars

Do not stick as well as they say and put up properly fell right away. Gave 4stars because made well and bright.

In the absence of professionally installed under cabinet lighting, these are a great alternative. The dimmest setting is bright enough to light a path. The brighter settings are a good level of light but then you have to recharge more frequently.

Mounts won’t stick. Motion detector is too sensitive. Charge does not last long enough. Disappointed.

Great Substitute

These lights are a great substitute for those that require to be hardwired to the electrical outlet. Provides sufficient lighting. Has three levels of brightness and are easily removed for charging. Adhesive provided are okay but used adhesives offered by another brand - one that can be removed by pulling the tab.

The adhesive was bad on one of the lights,it would not stay attached to the cabinet .

I bought several of these and am really pleased with the bright, warm light they give. Have only had them a couple of weeks, so I can't attest to their longevity, but so far they are meeting the need economically.

Put these in a coffee bar we redid and work great, bright to be able to see into the cupboard area!

do not waste your time or money

I had high hopes for these. I’m retired and living on limited means, undercabinet lighting is pricey, and I’m always looking for cost effective ways to do normal things around the house. They came in about eight days, and were easy enough to install.. but I noticed right away that the lights do not stay on very long, and the motion sensor on two of them didn’t work at all. It’s been about two weeks and the motion sensor on the other two has now gone out, so I am going to chalk this up as a waste of $60 and move forward in my search for more undercabinet lighting that actually works.

Won't recharge

Looks like my review is the only one that had to pay for the product only to end up with 1 light working. They both worked right from the start. But after recharging, only 1 worked. I have tried and tried to get the other one to work, but nothing. I love the light that works, but for the money, I want them both working. Maybe I should have been included on the promotion, then I would have received 2 good lights possibly.

Works great -3 brightness settings

Happily surprised when I found it had 3 settings for the light brightness. Guess I skipped over it but comes in very handy. Can extend light from 9 hours to 30 hours of use.
