Ripples
I very much like the subtle colors and pattern of the rug I chose, but it has been 2 weeks since it arrived and I unpacked it and it is still rippled from being rolled on itself without a tube for shipping. I got the small size to check it out and hopefully order a large size, but I don't want a rippled rug on my covered porch. I think the product itself is good but it hasn't been in the sun long.

Disappointed in the binding
I've had this rug for more than a year. The looks are incredible. Very nice on my deck. But the binding/stitching along the edges are unraveling on both sides. Very disappointed.
