Exactly what I was looking for?

Perfect size and easy clean up. I needed something for resting steaks and this size works perfect for 4 8oz filets. I've also used it for toasting sandwiches. Cleaning up melted cheese was super easy. Thinking about ordering another one!

Great pan - So versatile with the rack

We already have the larger sizes and found we needed this size for a specific food we cook. We like to cook our steaks frozen. When we purchase them we season them and then freeze them making certain they are lying flat for future use. We take the frozen steaks, sear them in a cast iron skillet on the grill and then finish them in the oven. Cooking them on the rack allows the heat to circle the meat. These pans with the racks are a terrific product!

Perfect for what I needed, with one small caveat

I TRUST no other than USAPAN for all my baking and cookie sheets, pans, and cooking grids. I recently purchased two of the Quarter Sheet sets, and two additional cooking grids to use for my meals. I use them to cook meatballs on one, and Italian Garlic Bread on the other. They arrived well packaged. They were perfect. Just the right size for what I wanted them for. Like with all USAPAN products, they were well built. The only issue I had was that the cooking grids were bent in certain areas, and I had to gently straighten them. No worries. It doesn't change my mind on how I feel about USAPAN. The pans are easy to clean. The stick free coating works great. I did notice that at 375* in the oven, the Quarter Pans cupped a little, so when pulling them out of the oven, they sat on the cooking grids high risen in the center, so they spun around until they found the balance point. I chuckled. I didn't expect this to happen. However, the pans returned to their proper size once cooled. I know not to go above 475* with USAPAN, so I adjust the temperatures accordingly and just lengthen the time proportionately. I'm happy with my USAPAN Quarter Sheets. Well made, and they worked great. Thank you USAPAN. Another satisfied customer. I rate these 5*s out of 5 for Quality and Purpose. I rate the cooking grids 4*s out of 5 because a few of them were bent and needed to be straightened out. Not bad, but still curved.

I'm very happy with this. I have used this a number of times since it arrived and it is sturdy and easy to clean . It fits my oven perfectly. The rack / grill comes in handy when roasting vegetables and chicken strips.

Reliable pans for your kitchen

USA Pans are my favorites! I have almost all and use them frequently. This one was a good addition for regular use.

Love my new baking sheet pan. The rack is a great addition. Great for baking or use as a cooling rack/drip pan for even cooling of fried food.

Anything made in USA Grest thing, I find these pans are heavy and durable, baking is easy on them with super easy clean up. Came with a rack as well, so definitely plus.
