[Rewarded Review] Defective gas burner on Pizzell

Just got the puzzle yesterday- put it together and attempted to light. Gas burner is defective and will not stay lit. I followed all directions.

Love it!! It’s great!!

We are about to use this pizza oven and see if the dent in the side effects the way the pizza cooks. Hopefully not. This is the second time I have ordered something from Wayfair and had an issue. Let's hope the dent will not affect the cooking.

This is my first pizza oven, I have never even made a pizza before this purchase. I was very surprised how easy it was to put together, just a couple of minutes. Burned it twice before actually making the first pizza. Very impressed with how easy it is to use. Start your fire, let it get up to 600 and stay there 15 to 20 minutes. Put your pizza in, rotate every minute or so and there you have it!

Easy assembly. Tried my first two pizzas on propane and temperature did well, I believe that my next ones will get better as I probably did not give the stone a very long warmup period and the outsides were done but center crust not so much. Oven did not come with pellets or fire starters so waiting on this to come before I can give a good evaluation

Love the pizza oven. We are using the wood fire for cooking our pizzas. 4 pizzas in so far. The oven gets hot, so cooking times are quick. It is great to customize your own pizzas!

This pizza oven I love because it takes so good using the pellets just like a wood burning oven. Love it also because it’s easy to change to propane, so it’s the best of both worlds.

It’s a great little oven! A little on the heavy side, but that’s not a bad thing.

Works great with one exception, when the flames are high and the wind blows just right the pellet tray handle has been singed. I will be custom creating a longer metal neck before the wooden handle is reattached.

I could not get the oven hot enough burning pellets. I emailed the company twice and called twice and had no reply. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I had a grill top pizza oven before this getting this for Christmas. We are Loving it!!! Have made pizza several times in it by now. 1 tip make sure your dough is not sticky or it will not slide off the peel. I have found personally that I prefer flat breads opposed to regular crust to use in this oven. Flavor and the slight char is just like a real pizzeria. It’s gets up to 700 degree plus temp really fast.

This is gonna be fun, making my own fresh pizzas with the ingredients I want pizza and cold beers anybody

Price was affordable and accessories included great value for the price would recommend Wayfair for home and work purchase

We were looking for something bigger than the 12 inch oven that you can buy! Very happy with it
